Description
Claims (7)
- 腹腔の体内に挿入され、手術器具を備える第1パートと、
腹腔の体外に配され、前記第1パートに結合されて、前記手術器具の作動状態を操作する第2パートと、を含み、
前記第1パートと前記第2パートとは、前記第1パートが体内に挿入された状態で磁力によって相互に結合されることを特徴とする、腹腔鏡手術器具。 - 前記第1パートは、
一方向に延設され、前記手術器具を支持する第1胴体と、
前記第1胴体の一端に結合される前記手術器具と、
前記第1胴体の他端に備えられる第1磁石と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の腹腔鏡手術器具。 - 前記第2パートは、
一方向に延設され、一端が前記第1胴体と結合される第2胴体と、
前記第2胴体の他端に結合され、前記手術器具を操作する操作部と、
前記第2胴体の一端に備えられる第2磁石と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の腹腔鏡手術器具。 - 前記第2パートは、前記第2胴体の一端に備えられて、前記操作部の操作によって突出するニードルをさらに含み、
前記第1パートは、前記第1胴体の他端に備えられ、前記第2パートから突出するニードルを収容するニードル収容部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の腹腔鏡手術器具。 - 前記第1パート及び前記第2パートが腹壁を挟んで磁力によって1次で互いに結合された状態で前記ニードルが突出して、前記ニードル収容部に挿入されて2次で結合されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の腹腔鏡手術器具。
- 前記第1胴体及び前記第2胴体は、それぞれ通信モジュールをさらに備え、
前記通信モジュールは、前記第1パート及び前記第2パートが互いに結合される場合、前記第1パートと前記第2パートとの間の通信チャネルを形成して、前記第2パートでの操作による信号を伝達することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の腹腔鏡手術器具。 - 前記手術器具は、エネルギーデバイス、鉗子及び手術用ハサミのうち何れか1つを、前記第1パートに付け替え可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の腹腔鏡手術器具。
