Claims (7)
- 腹腔の体内に挿入され、手術器具を備える第1パートと、
腹腔の体外に配され、前記第1パートに結合されて、前記手術器具の作動状態を操作する第2パートと、を含み、
前記第1パートと前記第2パートは、前記第1パートが体内に挿入された状態で磁力によって1次で互いに結合されることを特徴とする、トロカールが不要な腹腔鏡手術器具。 - 前記第1パートは、
一方向に延設され、前記手術器具を支持する第1胴体と、
前記第1胴体の一端に結合される前記手術器具と、
前記第1胴体の他端に備えられる第1磁石と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトロカールが不要な腹腔鏡手術器具。 - 前記第2パートは、
一方向に延設され、一端が前記第1胴体と結合される第2胴体と、
前記第2胴体の他端に結合され、前記手術器具を操作する操作部と、
前記第2胴体の一端に備えられる第2磁石と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のトロカールが不要な腹腔鏡手術器具。 - 前記第2パートは、前記第2胴体の一端に備えられて、前記操作部の操作によって突出するニードルをさらに含み、
前記第1パートは、前記第1胴体の他端に備えられ、前記第2パートから突出するニードルを収容するニードル収容部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のトロカールが不要な腹腔鏡手術器具。 - 前記第1パート及び前記第2パートが腹壁を挟んで磁力によって1次で互いに結合された状態で前記ニードルが突出して、前記ニードル収容部に挿入されて2次で結合されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のトロカールが不要な腹腔鏡手術器具。
- 前記第1胴体及び前記第2胴体は、それぞれ通信モジュールをさらに備え、
前記通信モジュールは、前記第1パート及び前記第2パートが互いに結合される場合、前記第1パートと前記第2パートとの間の通信チャネルを形成して、前記第2パートでの操作による信号を伝達することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のトロカールが不要な腹腔鏡手術器具。 - 前記手術器具は、エネルギーデバイス、鉗子及び手術用ハサミのうち何れか1つで形成され、交替可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトロカールが不要な腹腔鏡手術器具。
