また、前記待機判定は、電動機のアイドリング制御における電動機の回転速度の変動中には、又は、電動機のアイドリング制御における電動機の回転速度の変動が収まった時点から必要な油圧が安定し難いときとされる第3所定時間経過する時点までの期間には、有りとされるので、電動機のアイドリング回転速度の変動中や変動直後など、車両用オイルポンプを駆動する電動機の回転速度又は出力トルクが不安定となることによってエンジンの始動時におけるクラッチの制御状態の切替えに必要な作動油の流量が安定し難い可能性があるときには、急速充填用の油圧指令値の出力開始が待機させられる。

Claims (7)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンと駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に動力伝達可能に連結された電動機と、前記動力伝達経路における前記エンジンと前記電動機との間に設けられた、油圧式のクラッチアクチュエータが制御されることによって制御状態が切り替えられるクラッチと、前記クラッチアクチュエータへ調圧された油圧を供給する油圧制御回路と、を備えた車両の、制御装置であって、
前記エンジンの始動に際して、前記クラッチの制御状態を解放状態から係合状態へ切り替える過渡中に、前記エンジンの回転速度を引き上げるクランキングトルクを前記クラッチが伝達するように前記クラッチアクチュエータへ油圧を供給するクランキング用の油圧指令値を前記油圧制御回路へ出力すると共に、前記クランキング用の油圧指令値の出力に先立って、前記クラッチを速やかに前記クラッチのパッククリアランスが詰められたパック詰め完了状態とするように前記クラッチアクチュエータへ油圧を供給する急速充填用の油圧指令値を前記油圧制御回路へ出力するクラッチ制御部と、
前記エンジンの始動に際して、前記クランキングトルクを前記電動機が出力するように前記電動機を制御すると共に前記エンジンが運転を開始するように前記エンジンを制御する始動制御部と、
を含んでおり、
前記クラッチ制御部は、前記エンジンの始動に際して、前記油圧制御回路から前記クラッチアクチュエータへ供給される前記クラッチの制御状態の切替えに必要な油圧が安定して確保される状態ではないことによる待機判定が有る場合には、前記待機判定が無くなったときに前記急速充填用の油圧指令値の出力を開始するものであり、
前記待機判定は、前記クラッチアクチュエータへ供給される油圧の元圧が前記電動機の動力によって駆動させられる車両用オイルポンプから前記油圧制御回路に供給される場合において、前記エンジンの運転を停止した状態で前記車両が停止しているときに実行させられる前記電動機のアイドリング制御における前記電動機の回転速度の変動中には、又は、前記アイドリング制御における前記電動機の回転速度の変動が収まった時点から前記必要な油圧が安定し難いときとされる第3所定時間経過する時点までの期間には、有りとされることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記待機判定は、前記動力伝達経路における前記電動機と前記駆動輪との間に設けられた、前記油圧制御回路から供給される調圧された油圧によって異なるギヤ比が形成される自動変速機が変速制御の過渡中とされているときには、有りとされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記自動変速機が変速制御の過渡中とされているときとは、前記油圧制御回路から各々調圧された油圧が供給される複数の油圧式の係合装置のうちの何れかの係合によって複数のギヤ段のうちの何れかのギヤ段が形成される前記自動変速機の変速制御の過渡中において前記係合装置のうちの係合状態へ切り替えられる係合側係合装置を速やかに前記係合側係合装置のパッククリアランスが詰められたパック詰め完了状態とするように前記係合側係合装置へ油圧を供給する急速充填用の油圧指令値が前記油圧制御回路へ出力されているときであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記待機判定は、前記クラッチアクチュエータへ供給される油圧の元圧が前記電動機の動力によって駆動させられる車両用オイルポンプから前記油圧制御回路に供給される場合において、前記エンジンの運転を停止した状態で前記車両が停止しているときに実行させられる前記電動機の負荷を低減する制御の終了時点から前記必要な油圧が確保され難いときとされる第1所定時間経過する時点までの期間には、有りとされることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記待機判定は、前記エンジンの始動時における前記クラッチの制御状態の切替えとは異なる前記クラッチの別の制御が実行させられる場合において、前記クラッチの別の制御の終了時点から前記必要な油圧が安定し難いときとされる第2所定時間経過する時点までの期間には、有りとされることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記待機判定は、前記動力伝達経路における前記電動機と前記駆動輪との間に設けられた流体式伝動装置の入出力回転部材を連結する、前記油圧制御回路から供給される調圧された油圧によって制御状態が切り替えられる直結クラッチの制御状態の切替え中には、又は、前記直結クラッチの制御状態の切替えが完了した時点から前記必要な油圧が安定し難いときとされる第4所定時間経過する時点までの期間には、有りとされることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記クラッチ制御部は、前記エンジンの始動に際して、前記待機判定が無い場合には、前記急速充填用の油圧指令値の出力を待機することなく開始することを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
