Abstract
Description
(1)本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両の駆動装置100は、内燃機関であるエンジン1と、エンジン1に接続された第1モータジェネレータ2と、エンジン1で発生した動力を、第1モータジェネレータ2と第1動力伝達経路71とに分割して出力する第1遊星歯車機構10と、第1動力伝達経路71と車軸57との間の第2動力伝達経路72に接続された第2モータジェネレータ3と、第1動力伝達経路71に設けられ、少なくともエンジン1の駆動を停止して第2モータジェネレータ3の動力で走行するEVモードと、エンジン1の動力と第2モータジェネレータ3の動力とで走行するHVモードとに、走行モードを切換可能な変速機構70と、エンジン1に接続されてエンジン1により駆動される機械式オイルポンプ60と、電力により駆動される電動式オイルポンプ61と、を有する油圧源63と、油圧源63から変速機構70への圧油の流れを制御する油圧制御装置8の制御弁8aと、燃費性能を重視したエコモードおよび動力性能を重視したノーマルモードのいずれかを選択する選択スイッチ39と、選択スイッチ39の選択操作に応じて、制御弁8aと電動式オイルポンプ61の駆動電力とを制御するコントローラ4と、を備える(図1,10)。変速機構70は、油圧源63から所定油圧の作動油が供給されるとHVモードを実現するように構成される。コントローラ4は、走行モードとしてEVモードが指令された状態で、選択スイッチ39によりエコモードが選択されると、変速機構70への作動油の供給が停止するとともに、電動式オイルポンプ61に所定電力(第1電力)を供給して電動式オイルポンプ61が小駆動し、選択スイッチ39によりノーマルモードが選択されると、変速機構70へ上記所定油圧よりも低圧の作動油、すなわちパッキング圧が供給されるとともに、電動式オイルポンプ61に所定電力(第1電力より大きい第2電力)を供給して電動式オイルポンプ61が中駆動するように、制御弁8aと電動式オイルポンプ61の駆動電力とを制御する。
Claims (6)
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関に接続された第1モータジェネレータと、
前記内燃機関で発生した動力を、前記第1モータジェネレータと第1動力伝達経路とに分割して出力する動力分割機構と、
前記第1動力伝達経路と車軸との間の第2動力伝達経路に接続された第2モータジェネレータと、
前記第1動力伝達経路に設けられ、少なくとも前記内燃機関の駆動を停止して前記第2モータジェネレータの動力で走行するEVモードと、前記内燃機関の動力と前記第2モータジェネレータの動力とで走行するHVモードとに、走行モードを切換可能なモード切換機構と、
前記内燃機関に接続されて前記内燃機関により駆動される機械式オイルポンプと、電力により駆動される電動式オイルポンプと、を有する油圧源と、
前記油圧源から前記モード切換機構への圧油の流れを制御する弁装置と、
燃費性能を重視した第1走行態様および動力性能を重視した第2走行態様のいずれかを選択する選択部と、
前記選択部の選択に応じて、前記弁装置と前記電動式オイルポンプの駆動電力とを制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記モード切換機構は、前記油圧源から所定油圧の作動油が供給されると前記HVモードを実現するように構成され、
前記制御部は、前記EVモードを含み、かつ、前記HVモードを含まない所定走行モードが指令された状態で、前記選択部により前記第1走行態様が選択されると、前記モード切換機構への作動油の供給が停止するとともに、前記電動式オイルポンプが第1電力により駆動し、前記選択部により前記第2走行態様が選択されると、前記モード切換機構へ前記所定油圧よりも低圧の作動油が供給されるとともに、前記電動式オイルポンプが前記第1電力よりも大きい第2電力により駆動するように、前記弁装置と前記電動式オイルポンプの駆動電力とを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記モード切換機構は、さらに前記第2モータジェネレータで減速回生する回生モードに走行モードを切換可能であり、前記所定走行モードは、さらに前記回生モードを含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記内燃機関の回転数を検出する回転数検出部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記所定走行モードが指令され、かつ、前記選択部により前記第1走行態様が選択された状態で、前記回転数検出部により所定値以下の回転数が検出されると、前記電動式オイルポンプが前記第1電力により駆動し、前記所定値を超える回転数が検出されると、前記電動式オイルポンプが停止するように前記電動式オイルポンプの駆動電力を制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記所定値は第1所定値であり、
前記制御部は、前記所定走行モードが指令され、かつ、前記選択部により前記第2走行態様が選択された状態で、前記回転数検出部により第2所定値以下の回転数が検出されると、前記電動式オイルポンプが前記第2電力により駆動し、前記第2所定値を超える回転数が検出されると、前記電動式オイルポンプが前記第1電力により駆動するように前記電動式オイルポンプの駆動電力を制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記制御部は、前記HVモードが指令されると、前記モード切換機構へ前記所定油圧の作動油が供給されるように前記弁装置を制御するとともに、前記選択部により前記第1走行態様が選択されると、前記電動式オイルポンプが停止し、前記選択部により前記第2走行態様が選択されると、前記電動式オイルポンプが前記第1電力により駆動するように前記電動式オイルポンプの駆動電力を制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記第1動力伝達経路の出力軸と前記第2動力伝達経路の入力軸との間に介装され、ロック状態で前記出力軸と前記入力軸とが一体に回転し、アンロック状態で前記出力軸に対し前記入力軸が相対回転するように構成されたワンウェイクラッチをさらに備え、
前記モード切換機構は、
前記出力軸に接続されたサンギヤと、前記動力分割機構に接続されたキャリアと、リングギヤとを有する遊星歯車機構と、
前記リングギヤの回転を制動または非制動するブレーキ機構と、
前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとを一体に結合または分離するクラッチ機構と、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記EVモードを実現するとき、前記ブレーキ機構を解放かつ前記クラッチ機構を解放し、前記HVモードを実現するとき、前記ブレーキ機構および前記クラッチ機構の一方を係合かつ他方を解放するように、前記弁装置を制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
