Claims (16)
- 画像を表示する表示パネルであって、それぞれが有機発光ダイオードを含む複数のサブピクセル、複数の前記サブピクセルに接続されたレファレンスライン、及び複数のデータラインを備え、複数の前記データラインのそれぞれは、複数の前記サブピクセルのなかの対応する一つに接続されている、表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルを駆動するためのパネル駆動回路部及び前記レファレンスラインを介して前記表示パネルをセンシングするためのパネルセンシング回路部を有するデータ駆動部と、を含み、
前記パネル駆動回路部に含まれる複数のデータ電圧出力部のそれぞれは、一つのデータチャネルを介して、一つの前記データラインと接続し、
複数の前記データ電圧出力部に対応する複数の前記サブピクセルは、前記レファレンスラインに共通に接続され、
複数の前記データ電圧出力部のそれぞれは、前記表示パネルの駆動の際に、当該データ電圧出力部に対応する前記サブピクセルを駆動するためのデータ電圧を、当該データ電圧出力部に接続された前記データラインに出力し、
複数の前記データ電圧出力部のいくつかは、前記表示パネルのセンシングの際に、センシング用電圧又はブラックデータ電圧を前記データラインに出力し、
前記データ駆動部は、複数の前記データ電圧出力部の一つから前記レファレンスラインに出力されたプリチャージ電圧に基づいて前記レファレンスラインをプリチャージし、

前記パネルセンシング回路部は、前記駆動トランジスタのソースフォロワーの動作に基づいて、しきい電圧値をセンシングする回路であり、前記プリチャージ電圧の印加後に、前記センシングノードから前記レファレンスラインを介して、前記センシング対象となるサブピクセルのセンシング電圧を取得する、発光表示装置。 - 複数の前記データ電圧出力部の中の第1データ電圧出力部から出力される電圧が前記プリチャージ電圧として使われる場合、複数の前記データ電圧出力部の中の第2データ電圧出力部から出力される電圧は、前記第1データ電圧出力部に対応するデータチャネルを介して出力される、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記第2データ電圧出力部は、前記第1データ電圧出力部と隣接するか又は前記第1データ電圧出力部から隔離されている、請求項2に記載の発光表示装置。

- 複数の前記データ電圧出力部の中の第3データ電圧出力部は、前記第3データ電圧出力部に対応するデータチャネルを介してセンシング用電圧を出力する、請求項2に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記データ駆動部は、複数の前記データ電圧出力部の一つから出力された電圧を、隣接するか又は離隔された他のデータ電圧出力部に対応するデータチャネルに伝達するようにそれぞれが構成された少なくとも一つのスイッチを含む、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記データ駆動部は、複数の前記データ電圧出力部の一つから出力された電圧を、前記レファレンスラインに接続されたセンシングチャネルに伝達するようにそれぞれが構成された少なくとも一つのスイッチを含む、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記データ駆動部は、前記表示パネルがセンシングされた際、複数の前記データ電圧出力部の一つから出力された電圧を対応するデータチャネルに伝達するように、または、複数の前記データ電圧出力部の他の一つから出力された電圧を前記レファレンスラインに接続されたセンシングチャネルに伝達するようにそれぞれが構成された複数のスイッチをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記データ駆動部は、
前記データ電圧、前記センシング用電圧又は前記ブラックデータ電圧を自らに対応するデータチャネルを介して出力するためにスイッチング動作を行うように構成された電圧出力用スイッチと、
前記ブラックデータ電圧を、前記ブラックデータ電圧を出力するデータ電圧出力部に対応する前記データチャネルとは異なる他のデータチャネルに伝達するためにスイッチング動作を行うように構成された電圧シェア用スイッチと、
前記プリチャージ電圧を前記レファレンスラインに接続されたセンシングチャネルを介して出力するためにスイッチング動作を行うように構成されたプリチャージ用スイッチとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。 - 前記電圧出力用スイッチは、複数の前記データ電圧出力部の対応する一つの出力端子に接続された第1電極と、対応する前記データ電圧出力部に対応する前記データチャネルに接続された第2電極とを有し、自らの制御電極に印加された第1信号に応答して動作し、
前記電圧シェア用スイッチは、前記ブラックデータ電圧を出力する前記データ電圧出力部に対応する前記データチャネルに接続された第1電極と、前記他のデータチャネルに第2電極とを有し、自らの制御電極に印加された第2信号に応答して動作し、
前記プリチャージ用スイッチは、対応するデータ電圧出力部に接続された第1電極と、センシングチャネルに接続された第2電極とを有し、自らの制御電極に印加された第3信号に応答して動作する、請求項9に記載の発光表示装置。 - 前記プリチャージ電圧は、装置の駆動時間、ストレス情報、プリチャージ電圧値及び前記しきい電圧値の少なくとも一つに基づいて変化する、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 複数の前記データ電圧出力部に対応する複数のデータチャネルの中の少なくとも二つのデータチャネルが、一つのスイッチを介して互いに接続されており、
前記少なくとも二つのデータチャネルに対応する少なくとも二つのデータ電圧出力部のうちの少なくとも一つが、一つのスイッチを介して前記レファレンスラインに接続されている、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。 - 複数の前記データ電圧出力部に対応する複数のデータチャネルの中の少なくとも二つのデータチャネルの対が、一つのスイッチを介して互いに接続されており、
前記少なくとも二つのデータチャネルの対に対応する少なくとも二つのデータ電圧出力部の中の少なくとも一つのデータ電圧出力部が、一つのスイッチを介して前記レファレンスラインに接続されている、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。 - 画像を表示する表示パネルであって、それぞれが有機発光ダイオードを含む複数のサブピクセル、複数の前記サブピクセルに接続されたレファレンスライン、及び複数のデータラインを備え、複数の前記データラインのそれぞれは、複数の前記サブピクセルのなかの対応する一つに接続されている、表示パネルと、前記表示パネルを駆動するためのパネル駆動回路部及び前記レファレンスラインを介して前記表示パネルをセンシングするためのパネルセンシング回路部を有するデータ駆動部とを含み、前記パネル駆動回路部に含まれる複数のデータ電圧出力部のそれぞれは、一つのデータチャネルを介して、一つの前記データラインと接続し、複数の前記データ電圧出力部に対応する複数の前記サブピクセルは、前記レファレンスラインに共通に接続され、前記パネルセンシング回路部は、センシング対象となるサブピクセルの駆動トランジスタのソースフォロワーの動作に基づいて、しきい電圧値をセンシングする回路である、発光表示装置の駆動方法であって、
前記表示パネルをセンシングするために、センシング対象となる前記サブピクセルの前記データラインにセンシング用電圧を印加し、センシング対象とならない前記サブピクセルの前記データラインにブラックデータ電圧を印加する段階と、
前記センシング対象となる前記サブピクセルの前記レファレンスラインにプリチャージ電圧を印加する段階と、
前記レファレンスラインに充電された前記プリチャージ電圧を、前記駆動トランジスタと前記有機発光ダイオードとの間に定義されたセンシングノードに印加する段階と、
前記プリチャージ電圧を前記センシングノードに印加する段階の後に、前記レファレンスラインを介して、前記パネルセンシング回路部が、前記センシング対象となる前記サブピクセルのセンシング電圧を取得する段階とを含み、
前記プリチャージ電圧は、複数の前記データ電圧出力部の一つから出力される電圧である、発光表示装置の駆動方法。 - 前記プリチャージ電圧は、装置の駆動時間、ストレス情報、プリチャージ電圧値及び前記しきい電圧値の少なくとも一つに基づいて変化する、請求項14に記載の発光表示装置の駆動方法。
- 画像を表示する表示パネルであって、それぞれが有機発光ダイオードを含む複数のサブピクセル、複数の前記サブピクセルに接続されたレファレンスライン、及び複数のデータラインを備え、複数の前記データラインのそれぞれは、複数の前記サブピクセルのなかの対応する一つに接続されている、表示パネルと、
複数の前記データラインを介して前記表示パネルを駆動するための複数のデータ電圧出力部及び前記レファレンスラインを介して前記表示パネルをセンシングするためのパネルセンシング回路部を有するデータ駆動部であって、複数の前記データ電圧出力部のそれぞれは、前記データラインの対応する一つに接続されている、データ駆動部と、を含み、
複数の前記データ電圧出力部のなかの第1データ電圧出力部は、前記第1データ電圧出力部に対応する複数の前記サブピクセルのなかの第1サブピクセルに接続された第1データラインにセンシング用電圧を出力するように構成され、
複数の前記データ電圧出力部のなかの第2データ電圧出力部は、前記センシング用電圧が前記第1サブピクセルに印加されている間、前記第1サブピクセルの駆動トランジスタと前記有機発光ダイオードとの間に定義されたセンシングノードに印加されるプリチャージ電圧を前記レファレンスラインに出力するように構成され、前記レファレンスラインに充電された前記プリチャージ電圧は、前記センシングノードに印加され、
前記パネルセンシング回路部は、前記駆動トランジスタのソースフォロワーの動作に基づいて、しきい電圧値をセンシングする回路であり、前記プリチャージ電圧の前記センシングノードへの印加後に、前記レファレンスラインを介して、前記第1サブピクセルのセンシング電圧を取得するように構成されている、発光表示装置。
