Description
Claims (13)
- 風力タービン用のモノパイルであって、
設置中に挿入方向に土壌に挿入するための本体であって、前記本体がその遠位端につま先を有し、前記つま先が内部空洞内に開口部を画定し、前記土壌を通る前記つま先の移動が前記内部空洞内の移動された土壌領域へと土壌を横方向に移動させる、本体と、
前記移動された土壌領域から土壌を移送するために、設置中に前記移動された土壌領域に流体を向ける複数のノズルと、
前記移動された土壌領域内の土壌懸濁液圧力を低減するために、設置中に前記内部空洞から流体を排出するためのポンプシステムと、を含み、
前記複数のノズルは、前記内部空洞内の前記流体を局所化するように構成され、
前記本体は、前記流体を供給するための供給パイプと、前記挿入方向に対して直交する前記内部表面の周方向に延在し、前記供給パイプから前記流体が供給されるマニホールドと、を有し、
前記複数のノズルは、前記マニホールドに分布していることを特徴とするモノパイル。 - 前記ポンプシステムが、前記内部空洞から水を排出する、請求項1に記載のモノパイル。
- 前記ポンプシステムが、前記内部空洞から空気を排出する、請求項1または2に記載のモノパイル。
- 前記移動された土壌領域内の前記土壌懸濁液圧力を、前記本体外側の前記土壌である隣接領域内の流体圧力に実質的に一致させるために、設置中に前記ポンプシステムを制御するためのコントローラーをさらに含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のモノパイル。
- 前記コントローラーが、前記ポンプシステムを制御して、前記内部空洞内のウォーターテーブルの高さを前記本体の外側の水位よりも下方に減少させる、請求項4に記載のモノパイル。
- 前記本体が、前記モノパイルの直径が増大する円錐状領域を含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のモノパイル。
- 前記つま先が先細りである、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のモノパイル。
- 前記複数のノズルが、前記本体の内部表面に流体を向けるために前記本体の外周に対して実質的に接線方向に向けられる、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のモノパイル。
- 前記複数のノズルは、挿入方向に対して90~180度の範囲に向けられる、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のモノパイル。
- 風力タービン基礎システムであって、
請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のモノパイルと、
前記流体を前記ノズルに供給するための加圧流体供給装置と、を含むことを特徴とする構造基礎システム。 - 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン用のモノパイルを設置する方法であって、
前記つま先を前記土壌に挿入するステップと、
前記挿入方向に前記本体を押すステップと、
前記ノズルに前記流体を供給して、前記移動された土壌領域に前記流体を向けるステップと、
前記ポンプシステムを駆動して、前記流体を前記内部空洞から排出し、前記移動された土壌領域内の土壌懸濁液圧力を減少させるステップと、を含むことを特徴とする基礎を設置する方法。 - 前記移動された土壌領域内の前記土壌懸濁液圧力を、前記本体外側の前記土壌である横方向に隣接する領域内の流体圧力に実質的に一致させるために、前記ポンプシステムを制御するステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプシステムを制御するステップが、前記ポンプシステムを制御して、前記内部空洞内のウォーターテーブルの高さを前記本体の外側の水位よりも下方に減少させることを含む、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
