図1は、本開示の第1実施形態の蓄電装置を含む組電池の構成を概略的に示す斜視図である。図2は、図1におけるII-II線での断面図である。この組電池1は、例えば、電気自動車等の電動車に搭載される。
次に、図5を参照しながら、本開示の第2実施形態の蓄電装置10について説明する。図5は、本開示の第2実施形態の蓄電装置の構成を概略的に示す断面図である。なお、第2実施形態では、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明を行い、第1実施形態と同じ構造、作用及び効果の説明は繰り返さない。
次に、図6を参照しながら、本開示の第3実施形態の蓄電装置10における制限ユニット500について説明する。図6は、本開示の第3実施形態の蓄電装置における制限ユニットの構成を概略的に示す断面図である。なお、第3実施形態では、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明を行い、第1実施形態と同じ構造、作用及び効果の説明は繰り返さない。
Claims (4)
- 蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置を冷却する冷却装置と、を備え、
前記蓄電装置は、
一方向に積層された複数の蓄電セルと、
前記複数の蓄電セルを収容するケースと、
前記ケースの内面を被覆する絶縁シートと、
前記ケース内に配置されており、前記一方向における前記ケースに対する前記複数の蓄電セルの相対変位を制限する制限ユニットと、を備え、
前記冷却装置は、前記ケースの外側面に接するように配置されており、
前記各蓄電セルは、
正極シート及び負極シートを含み、前記一方向に積層された複数の電極体と、
前記複数の電極体の各々の端部に電気的に接続された集電板と、
前記複数の電極体と前記集電板の一部とを被覆するラミネートフィルムと、を有し、
前記制限ユニットは、前記複数の蓄電セルの各蓄電セルが膨張するときにおける前記ケースに対する前記各蓄電セルの相対速度である第1速度で前記各蓄電セルが前記ケースに対して相対変位したときに第1弾性率を示し、前記ケースに対して前記各蓄電セルが前記一方向に前記第1速度よりも大きな第2速度で相対変位したときに前記第1弾性率よりも大きな第2弾性率を示し、
前記制限ユニットは、前記複数の蓄電セルのうち前記一方向における最も外側に配置された蓄電セルの前記ラミネートフィルムと前記絶縁シートとに接するように配置されている、組電池。 - 前記制限ユニットは、ダイラタンシー性を有する材料からなる、請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記制限ユニットは、複数の第1湾曲部と複数の第2湾曲部とを有する波板を含み、
前記複数の第1湾曲部の各第1湾曲部は、前記一方向における一方側に凸となるように湾曲するとともに、前記一方向と直交する直交方向に延びる形状を有し、
前記複数の第2湾曲部の各第2湾曲部は、前記一方向における他方側に凸となるように湾曲するとともに、前記直交方向に延びる形状を有し、
前記各第1湾曲部及び前記各第2湾曲部は、前記一方向及び前記直交方向の双方に直交する方向に沿って交互に並ぶように配置されている、請求項1に記載の組電池。 - 前記制限ユニットは、前記一方向における両側から前記波板に接するように配置された一対の板材をさらに有し、
前記一対の板材のうち前記波板に接する面は、平坦に形成されている、請求項3に記載の組電池。
