Description
a)流体又は流動性材料を間に有する、少なくとも2枚の結合可能材料のシートを連続的に提供する工程と、
b)前記結合可能材料の横方向結合領域に圧力を印加することで、前記流体又は流動性材料を前記横方向結合領域から離間させる工程と、
c)シールを形成するため、前記横方向結合領域を加熱する工程と、を含み、
工程b)及び工程c)は回転式インパルスシーラーにより実行され、
前記結合可能材料は、テンションベルトにより前記回転式インパルスシーラーに導入可能であり、
前記回転式インパルスシーラーが、前記結合領域に圧力を印加しながら前記結合可能材料と略同速で移動するように、前記回転式インパルスシーラーの、前記結合可能材料に対する回転速度は調整可能である、方法が提供される。
d)工程c)の後に、前記横方向結合領域に圧力を印加する工程を更に含む。
本発明は、前述のものにあり、以下の例のみを示す構成も想定している。
代替的実施形態では、印加される圧力の量は、工程b、工程c及び工程dの大部分で比較的一定であってもよい。代替的実施形態では、工程cは、工程bと同じ、又は工程bよりも低い圧力を印加することを含み得る。好ましい実施形態では、工程cは、工程bよりも高い圧力を印加することを含む。
代替的実施形態では、工程cは、工程dと同じ、又は工程dよりも低い圧力を印加することを含み得る。
Claims (27)
- 結合可能材料に、一連の個別の結合部を形成する回転式インパルスシーラーであって、
軸を中心に回転可能なローラーと、前記ローラーに前記結合可能材料を導入するテンションベルトと、を含み、
前記ローラーは、ローラー本体と、前記ローラーから径方向外方に延在し、前記ローラー本体の周りに間隔を空けて配置された複数のシールバーとを備え、前記シールバーの少なくとも1つが、本体と、前記シールバーの本体の長さの少なくとも一部にわたって延在する選択的に加熱可能な加熱要素と、を有し、
前記ローラーは前記回転式インパルスシーラーの加熱前加圧領域と前記加熱前加圧領域に続く前記回転式インパルスシーラーの加熱領域とを介して回転可能であり、前記加熱前加圧領域では前記少なくとも1つのシールバーが前記結合可能材料の結合領域に圧力を印加するように構成され、前記加熱領域では前記少なくとも1つのシールバーが前記結合領域を加熱するように構成され、前記加熱前加圧領域及び前記加熱領域が前記ローラーの前記回転に対して静止しており、
前記結合可能材料の互いに対向する縁は、前記加熱前加圧領域及び前記加熱領域において前記テンションベルト及び前記少なくとも1つのシールバーに直接接触し、
前記少なくとも1つのシールバーが、前記結合領域に圧力を印加しながら、前記結合可能材料と略同速で移動するように、前記ローラーの、前記結合可能材料に対する回転速度は調整可能である、回転式インパルスシーラー。 - 前記ローラーが前記回転式インパルスシーラーの加熱後加圧領域を介して回転可能であり、前記加熱後加圧領域では前記少なくとも1つのシールバーが前記結合可能材料に圧力を印加するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 前記加熱前加圧領域は、前記加熱領域に直接隣接する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 加熱後加圧領域は、前記加熱領域に直接隣接する、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 前記加熱領域は、加熱及び加圧領域である、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 前記シールバーの前記本体は、絶縁材料である、又は絶縁材料を含む、請求項1~請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 前記加熱要素は、前記シールバーの本体の全長にわたって延在する、請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 前記加熱要素は、導電性材料である、又は導電性材料を含む、請求項1~請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 前記ローラー本体が複数のスロットを有し、各スロットが前記シールバーの1つを保持する、請求項1~請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 少なくとも1つのシールバーが、前記ローラーの軸に略平行である長手方向軸を有する、請求項1~請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 少なくとも1つのシールバーが、前記ローラーの軸と平行ではない長手方向軸を有する、請求項1~請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 各シールバーが、本体と、前記シールバーの本体の長さの少なくとも一部にわたって延在する選択的に加熱可能な加熱要素とを有する、請求項1~請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 前記ローラーの軸が固定軸である、請求項1~請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の回転式インパルスシーラー。
- 縦型充填装置であって、
前記縦型充填装置によって、対向する縁部に沿って連続的に互いに封止結合される、少なくとも2枚の結合可能材料のシートを駆動する駆動システムと、
前記2枚の結合可能材料のシートの間に、充填製品を導入する充填製品供給デバイスと、
請求項1~請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の回転式インパルスシーラーであって、前記充填製品の密封貯蔵部を作るため、前記少なくとも2枚の結合可能材料のシートに横方向シールを作るように構成された回転式インパルスシーラーと、を含む縦型充填装置。 - 結合可能材料のシートを受け入れ、前記結合可能材料のシートの対向する縁部に沿って、2つの互いに離間した連続的な長手方向シールを形成する、2つの円筒形ローラーを更に含む、請求項14に記載の縦型充填装置。
- 前記円筒形ローラーが、前記結合可能材料のシートを水平面に対して約90°の角度で前記回転式インパルスシーラーに導入するように配置される、請求項15に記載の縦型充填装置。
- 前記回転式インパルスシーラーは、前記横方向シールを作る前記シールバーが、シールされる前記結合可能材料と略同速で移動するように駆動される、請求項14~請求項16のいずれか一項に記載の縦型充填装置。
- 流体又は流動性材料を収容するパッケージを形成する方法であって、
a)流体又は流動性材料を少なくとも2枚の結合可能材料のシートの間に有する、前記少なくとも2枚の結合可能材料のシートを連続的に提供する工程と、
b)前記結合可能材料の横方向結合領域に圧力を印加することで、前記流体又は流動性材料を前記横方向結合領域から離間させる工程と、
c)前記b)工程に続いて、シールを形成するため、前記横方向結合領域を加熱する工程と、を含み、
工程b)及び工程c)は回転式インパルスシーラーにより実行され、
前記結合可能材料は、テンションベルトにより前記回転式インパルスシーラーに導入可能であり、
前記少なくとも2枚の結合可能材料の縁は、前記回転式インパルスシーラーの加熱前加圧領域及び加熱領域において前記テンションベルトに直接接触し、
前記回転式インパルスシーラーが、前記横方向結合領域に圧力を印加しながら前記結合可能材料と略同速で移動するように、前記回転式インパルスシーラーの、前記結合可能材料に対する回転速度は調整可能である、方法。 - d)工程c)の後に、前記横方向結合領域に圧力を印加する工程を更に含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 工程d)は、熱を前記横方向結合領域から放出させることを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 工程c)が、前記横方向結合領域に熱と圧力とを同時に印加することを含む、請求項18~請求項20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程c)が工程b)の直後に実行される、請求項18~請求項21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程d)が工程c)の直後に実行される、請求項19から22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記横方向結合領域が、前記少なくとも2枚の結合可能材料のシートの幅にわたって横断方向に延在する、請求項18~請求項23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 回転式インパルスシーラーを提供する工程を更に含み、前記回転式インパルスシーラーが、軸を中心に回転可能なローラーを含み、前記ローラーは、ローラー本体と、前記ローラーから径方向外方に延在し、前記ローラー本体の周りに間隔を空けて配置された複数のシールバーとを含み、前記シールバーの少なくとも1つが、本体と、前記シールバーの本体の長さの少なくとも一部にわたって延在する選択的に加熱可能な加熱要素と、を有し、
前記ローラーが前記回転式インパルスシーラーの加熱前加圧領域と、前記加熱前加圧領域に続く前記回転式インパルスシーラーの加熱領域とを介して回転可能であり、前記加熱前加圧領域では前記少なくとも1つのシールバーが前記結合可能材料の結合領域に圧力を印加するように構成され、前記加熱領域では前記少なくとも1つのシールバーが前記結合領域を加熱するように構成され、前記加熱前加圧領域及び前記加熱領域が前記ローラーの前記回転に対して静止しており、
前記結合可能材料の互いに対向する縁は、前記回転式インパルスシーラーの加熱前加圧領域及び加熱領域において前記テンションベルト及び前記回転式インパルスシーラーの少なくとも1つのシールバーに直接接触している、請求項18~請求項24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記回転式インパルスシーラーが工程d)を実行する、請求項19に従属する場合の請求項25に記載の方法。
- 工程c)が、前記シールバーの前記加熱要素に電流を選択的に印加することを含む、請求項25又は請求項26に記載の方法。
