Claims (6)
- セッティングギヤ(4)と、電気モータ制御部(6)によって制御され、前記セッティングギヤ(4)を作動させるように設けられた電気モータ(5)と、を備える電気機械式カムシャフトフェイザ(3)を制御部によって動作させる方法であって、前記カムシャフトフェイザは、内燃機関(1)のカムシャフトとクランクシャフトとの間の相対的な回転角度の調整のための仕組みであり、前記電気モータ(5)のモータシャフトの位置変化を含む、前記電気モータ(5)の動作に関するデータが、データバス(8)を介し、前記電気モータ制御部(6)から、前記カムシャフトフェイザ(3)を備える前記内燃機関(1)のエンジン制御部(7)へと送信され、さらに前記エンジン制御部(7)により受信される前記データよりもデータ量が少ない反復的な時間信号を、前記電気モータ制御部(6)から前記エンジン制御部(7)へ、別個の導線(9)を介して送信することにより、前記データバス(8)によるものよりも厳しいリアルタイム要件が満たされ、前記時間信号と前記エンジン制御部(7)により受信される前記データとの比較により、前記エンジン制御部(7)において時間差信号が生成され、前記時間差信号が、前記電気モータ制御部(6)へ前記データバス(8)を介してフィードバックされ、前記電気モータ制御部(6)において、前記電気モータ制御部(6)を前記エンジン制御部(7)と同期させるために用いられる、方法。
- 前記カムシャフトフェイザ(3)に関する一連の動作が、前記電気モータ制御部(6)と前記エンジン制御部(7)の両方において処理され、前記動作における各データが、前記電気モータ制御部(6)または前記エンジン制御部(7)に組み込まれたリングバッファ(10、11)に記録されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記リングバッファ(10、11)に記憶された前記データの評価の大部分が、前記電気モータ制御部(6)内で行われることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記電気モータ制御部(6)によって記録および送信される前記データが、特定のカムシャフト位置に関するとともにタイムスタンプを伴うトリガ信号を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気モータ(5)の回転子の位置変化が、ホールセンサによって検出されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの電気機械式カムシャフトフェイザ(3)を有する内燃機関(1)を制御するための装置であって、請求項1に記載の方法を実行するように構成された2つの制御部(6、7)である、エンジン制御部(7)と電気モータ制御部(6)を備える、装置。
