Description
・新規の耐腐食性マトリックス材料MCrAlY。
・レーザ肉盛溶接によりMCrAlYを適用したこと。
・変化されたcBN粒子(保護ジャケット)。
実験により、純粋なcBNはレーザビーム内での必要な温度に対して損傷なく残存することができないことが示された。特に、TiCのような耐高温ガス性の炭化物被覆を使用することによってのみ、cBNはレーザビーム内での滞留時間に対して損傷なしで残存する。
・保護コーティングを使用することによって、cBN強化コーティングのレーザ肉盛溶接は、ようやく可能となる。
・コーティングは、特殊なマトリックス材料によって、向上した高温ガス耐食性を有する。したがって、機能層は、何百時間もの動作時間の後でも、依然としてその機能を果たすことができる。
・レーザ肉盛溶接は、層厚をより自由に定義することが可能であり、0.1mmから数mmまで可能。
・cBN粒子の「親結合性の」被覆部(TiC)によるマトリックス内でのcBN微粒子の非常に良好な結合。

Claims (6)
- 層(16)を製造するための方法であって、
硬質材料化合物で被覆された研磨材微粒子(4)を有する粒子(1)が用いられ、
前記粒子(1)が、金属のマトリックス材料(15)と混合され、又は、混合された状態で、適用され、
前記マトリックス材料が、NiCoCrAlY-X(X=Si、Re、Ta、Fe)を含む、
