Description
1) 化合物IとしてのL-グルホシネート又はその塩と、
2) 化合物IIとしての少なくとも1種のVLCFA阻害剤であって、好ましくは以下からなる群から選択されるもの:アセトクロール(acetochlor)、アラクロール(alachlor)、ブタクロール(butachlor)、ジメタクロール(dimethachlor)、ジメテナミド(dimethenamid)、ジメテナミド-P(dimethenamid-P)、メタザクロール(metazachlor)、メトラクロール(metolachlor)、S-メトラクロール(S-metolachlor)、ペトキサミド(pethoxamid)、プレチラクロール(pretilachlor)、プロパクロール(propachlor)、プロピソクロール(propisochlor)、テニルクロール(thenylchlor)、フルフェナセット(flufenacet)、メフェナセット(mefenacet)、ジフェナミド(diphenamid)、ナプロアニリド(naproanilide)、ナプロパミド(napropamide)、ナプロパミド-M(napropamide-M)、フェントラザミド(fentrazamide)、アニロホス(anilofos)、カフェンストロール(cafenstrole)、フェノキサスルホン(fenoxasulfone)、イプフェンカルバゾン(ipfencarbazone)、ピペロホス(piperophos)、ピロキサスルホン(pyroxasulfone)、式II.is-1、II.is-2、II.is-3、II.is-4、II.is-5、II.is-6、II.is-7、II.is-8及びII.is-9:
i) 水溶性濃縮剤(SL、LS)
10~60重量%の本発明の混合物、及び5~15重量%の湿潤剤(例えば、アルコールアルコキシレート)を、水及び/又は水溶性溶媒(例えばアルコール)に溶解させて100重量%とする。活性物質は、水で希釈すると溶解する。
5~25重量%の本発明の混合物、及び1~10重量%の分散剤(例えば、ポリビニルピロリドン)を、有機溶媒(例えばシクロヘキサノン)に溶解させて100重量%とする。水で希釈すると分散液が得られる。
15~70重量%の本発明の混合物、及び5~10重量%の乳化剤(例えば、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸カルシウム及びヒマシ油エトキシレート)を、非水溶性有機溶媒(例えば、芳香族炭化水素)に溶解させて100重量%とする。水で希釈するとエマルションが得られる。
5~40重量%の本発明の混合物及び1~10重量%の乳化剤(例えば、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸カルシウム及びヒマシ油エトキシレート)を、20~40重量%の非水溶性有機溶媒(例えば、芳香族炭化水素)に溶解させる。この混合物を、乳化装置により水に導入して100重量%とし、均一なエマルションにする。水で希釈するとエマルションが得られる。
撹拌ボールミル内で、20~60重量%の本発明の混合物を、2~10重量%の分散剤及び湿潤剤(例えば、リグノスルホン酸ナトリウム及びアルコールエトキシレート)、0.1~2重量%の増粘剤(例えば、キサンタンガム)、及び100重量%までの水を加えて細砕すると、活性物質の微細懸濁液が得られる。水で希釈すると活性物質の安定な懸濁液が得られる。FSタイプの混合物については、40重量%までの結合剤(例えば、ポリビニルアルコール)が添加される。
50~80重量%の本発明の混合物に、100重量%までの分散剤及び湿潤剤(例えば、リグノスルホン酸ナトリウム及びアルコールエトキシレート)を添加して微粉砕し、専用の装置(例えば、押出器、噴霧塔、流動床)により水分散性粒剤又は水溶性粒剤として調製する。水で希釈すると活性物質の安定な分散液又は溶液が得られる。
ローターステーターミル(rotor-stator mill)内で、50~80重量%の本発明の混合物に、1~5重量%の分散剤(例えば、リグノスルホン酸ナトリウム)、1~3重量%の湿潤剤(例えば、アルコールエトキシレート)、及び100重量%までの固体担体(例えば、シリカゲル)を添加して粉砕する。水で希釈すると活性物質の安定な分散液又は溶液が得られる。
撹拌ボールミル内で、5~25重量%の本発明の混合物に、3~10重量%の分散剤(例えば、リグノスルホン酸ナトリウム)、1~5重量%の増粘剤(例えば、カルボキシメチルセルロース)、及び100重量%までの水を添加して細砕すると、活性物質の微細懸濁液が得られる。水で希釈すると活性物質の安定な懸濁液が得られる。
5~20重量%の本発明の混合物を、5~30重量%の有機溶媒ブレンド(例えば、脂肪酸ジメチルアミド及びシクロヘキサノン)、10~25重量%の界面活性剤ブレンド(例えば、アルコールエトキシレート及びアリールフェノールエトキシレート)、及び100重量%までの水に加える。この混合物を1時間撹拌すると、熱力学的に安定したマイクロエマルションを自然に生じる。
5~50重量%の本発明の混合物、0~40重量%の非水溶性有機溶媒(例えば、芳香族炭化水素)、2~15重量%のアクリルモノマー(例えば、メタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸、及びジアクリレート又はトリアクリレート)を含む油相を保護コロイド(例えば、ポリビニルアルコール)の水溶液に分散させる。ラジカル開始剤により開始されるラジカル重合は、ポリ(メタ)アクリレートマイクロカプセルを形成する。あるいは、5~50重量%の本発明による本発明の混合物、0~40重量%の非水溶性有機溶媒(例えば、芳香族炭化水素)、及びイソシアネートモノマー(例えば、ジフェニルメテン-4,4'-ジイソシアネート)を含む油相を保護コロイド(例えば、ポリビニルアルコール)の水溶液に分散させる。ポリアミン(例えば、ヘキサメチレンジアミン)を添加すると、ポリ尿素のマイクロカプセルが形成する。モノマーは、合計1~10重量%になる。重量%は、総CS混合物に関する。
1~10重量%の本発明の混合物を微粉砕し、100重量%までの固体担体(例えば、微粉砕カオリン)と一緒に十分に混合する。
0.5~30重量%の本発明の混合物を微粉砕し、100重量%までの固体担体(例えば、シリケート)と合わせる。顆粒化は、押出、噴霧乾燥又は流動床により達成される。
1~50重量%の本発明の混合物を、100重量%までの有機溶媒(例えば、芳香族炭化水素)に溶解する。
ザミ、シマツユクサ、オニイヌビエ、メリケントキンソウ(Soliva sessilis)及びナガボノウルシ、HPPD阻害剤抵抗性のオオホナガアオゲイトウ及びアマランサス・ルディス、PPO阻害剤抵抗性のエノキグサ、ホソアオゲイトウ、オオホナガアオゲイトウ、アオゲイトウ、アマランサス・ルディス、ブタクサ、カラスムギ、オオアレチノギク、クジラグサ、ショウジョウソウ及びセネシオ・ベルナリス、カロチノイド生合成阻害剤抵抗性のヒドリラ・バーチシラータ(Hydrilla verticillata)、ハマダイコン、セネシオ・ベルナリス及びイヌカキネガラシ、VLCFA阻害剤抵抗性のノスズメノテッポウ、カラスムギ及びイヌビエを防除するのにも適する。

相乗効果は、2種以上の化合物の組み合わせの効果が、化合物それぞれの個別の効果の合計を上回る場合の相互作用として説明することができる。2種の混合パートナー(XとY)間の、パーセント防除に関する相乗効果の存在は、コルビーの式(Colby, S. R., 1967, Calculating Synergistic and Antagonistic Responses in Herbicide Combinations, Weeds, 15, 20-22)を用いて計算することができる:
使用した栽培容器は、基土として約3.0%の腐植土を有する壌質砂土を含むプラスチック製植木鉢であった。試験植物の種子を、それぞれの種及び/又は抵抗性バイオタイプ毎に別々に播種した。出芽前処理については、水に懸濁または乳化させておいた活性成分を、播種の直後に微細散布ノズルを用いて施用した。容器に穏やかに灌水して発芽及び生育を促し、その後植物が根付くまで透明なプラスチック製フードで覆った。このカバーは、試験植物が活性成分により損なわれていない限り、その均一な発芽をもたらした。出芽後処理については、最初に、試験植物をその草性に応じて3~15cmの丈まで生育させ、その後初めて水に懸濁又は乳化させた活性成分で処理した。この目的のため、試験植物を直接播種して同じ容器中で生育させるか、又はこれらを最初に苗として別々に生育させ、処理の数日前に試験容器に移植した。上記の植物を、その種に応じて、それぞれ10~25℃または20~35℃で保持した。試験期間は、処理の20日後にまで及んだ。この期間中、上記の植物を世話し、個々の処理に対するそれらの応答を評価した。評価は、0~100のスケールを用いて行った。「100」は、植物の出芽がないこと、又は少なくとも地上部分が完全に破壊されていることを意味し、そして「0」は、損傷がないこと、または正常な生育過程であることを意味する。示されるデータは、2つの複製の平均である。

b) 化合物IIとしての少なくとも1種のVLCFA阻害剤;
を含む除草剤混合物であって、L-グルホシネートが70重量%超のL-エナンチオマーを含む、前記除草剤混合物。

化合物Iが、L-グルホシネート塩としてのL-グルホシネート-アンモニウム又はL-グルホシネート-ナトリウム、及び遊離酸としてのL-グルホシネートからなる群から選択される、実施形態1に記載の除草剤混合物。
[実施形態3]
化合物IがL-グルホシネート-アンモニウムである、実施形態1に記載の除草剤混合物。
[実施形態4]
L-グルホシネートが、80重量%超、好ましくは90重量%超、さらにより好ましくは95重量%のL-エナンチオマーを含む、実施形態1~4のいずれかに記載の除草剤混合物。
[実施形態5]
実施形態1~4のいずれかに記載の除草剤混合物であって、化合物IIが、アセトクロール、アラクロール、ブタクロール、ジメタクロール、ジメテナミド、ジメテナミド-P、メタザクロール、メトラクロール、S-メトラクロール、ペトキサミド、プレチラクロール、プロパクロール、プロピソクロール、テニルクロール、フルフェナセット、メフェナセット、ジフェナミド、ナプロアニリド、ナプロパミド、ナプロパミド-M、フェントラザミド、アニロホス、カフェンストロール、フェノキサスルホン、イプフェンカルバゾン、ピペロホス、ピロキサスルホン、式II.is-1、II.is-2、II.is-3、II.is-4、II.is-5、II.is-6、II.is-7、II.is-8及びII.is-9

実施形態1~4のいずれかに記載の除草剤混合物であって、化合物IIが、アセトクロール、ジメテナミド、ジメテナミド-P、メタザクロール、メトラクロール、S-メトラクロール、フルフェナセット及びピロキサスルホンからなる群から選択される、前記除草剤混合物。
[実施形態7]
実施形態1~4のいずれかに記載の除草剤混合物であって、化合物IIが、ペトキサミド及びピロキサスルホンからなる群から選択される、前記除草剤混合物。
[実施形態8]
化合物Iと化合物IIとの重量比が1000:1~1:500である、実施形態1~7のいずれかに記載の除草剤混合物。
[実施形態9]
液体担体又は固体担体、及び実施形態1~8のいずれかに記載の混合物を含む、殺有害生物組成物。
[実施形態10]
望ましくない植生を防除するための方法であって、実施形態1~8のいずれかに記載の混合物を、望ましくない植生が存在するか又は存在することが予測される場所に施用することを含む、前記方法。
[実施形態11]
実施形態1~8のいずれかに記載の混合物の作物の出芽前の施用を含む、実施形態10に記載の方法。
[実施形態12]
実施形態1~7のいずれかに記載の混合物の作物の植付け前の施用を含む、実施形態10に記載の方法。
[実施形態13]
作物が、イネ、トウモロコシ、しゅく穀類、ワタ、キャノーラ、小粒穀物類、ダイズ類、ピーナッツ、サトウキビ、ヒマワリ、プランテーション作物、樹木作物、堅果類及びブドウ類から選択される、実施形態10~12のいずれかに記載の方法。
[実施形態14]
作物が、グルホシネート耐性作物から選択される、実施形態10~13のいずれかに記載の方法。
[実施形態15]
実施形態1~8のいずれかに記載の混合物の化合物I及びIIが、同時に、すなわち一緒に若しくは別々に、又は連続して施用される、実施形態10~14のいずれかに記載の方法。
Claims (14)
- 以下:
a) 化合物IとしてのL-グルホシネート及び/又はその塩;及び
b) 化合物IIとしてのペトキサミドである少なくとも1種のVLCFA阻害剤;
を含む除草剤混合物であって、L-グルホシネートが70重量%超のL-エナンチオマーを含む、前記除草剤混合物。 - 化合物Iが、L-グルホシネート塩としてのL-グルホシネート-アンモニウム又はL-グルホシネート-ナトリウム、及び遊離酸としてのL-グルホシネートからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の除草剤混合物。
- 化合物IがL-グルホシネート-アンモニウムである、請求項1に記載の除草剤混合物。
- L-グルホシネートが、80重量%超のL-エナンチオマーを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の除草剤混合物。
- L-グルホシネートが、90重量%超のL-エナンチオマーを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の除草剤混合物。
- L-グルホシネートが、95重量%超のL-エナンチオマーを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の除草剤混合物。
- 化合物Iと化合物IIとの重量比が1000:1~1:500である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の除草剤混合物。
- 液体担体又は固体担体、及び請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の混合物を含む、殺有害生物組成物。
- 望ましくない植生を防除するための方法であって、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の混合物を、望ましくない植生が存在するか又は存在することが予測される場所に施用することを含む、前記方法。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の混合物の作物の出芽前の施用を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の混合物の作物の植付け前の施用を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
