Claims (5)
- 計算機(6)によって、インクジェット印刷機(7)の多色印刷プロセスにおいて、欠陥を有する印刷ノズル(8)の作用を低減させる方法であって、
前記計算機(6)によって最適化された色変換テーブル(16)が作成され、前記最適化された色変換テーブル(16)は、前記インクジェット印刷機(7)の各プロセスカラーに対して、前記プロセスカラーに対して最小の色間隔(14)を有する各別のプロセスカラーの、プロセスカラー組み合わせ(15)を含んでおり、
前記最適化された色変換テーブル(16)は、全てのプロセスカラー(13)を伴うテストフォームの印刷および測定によって作成され、前記計算機(6)によって補間され、前記最適化された色変換テーブル(16)が欠陥を有する印刷ノズル(8)の補償のために使用される方法において、
前記最適化された色変換テーブル(16)の標本点の間の不所望な移行(12a)が回避され、結果として生じる最適化された色変換テーブル(16)が、相応に、欠陥を有する印刷ノズル(8)に対する最小の影響の受けやすさを伴うプロセスカラー組み合わせ(15)を含んでいるように、前記最適化された色変換テーブル(16)が前記計算機によって最適化され、前記計算機(6)によって、前記インクジェット印刷機(7)の多色印刷プロセスの実行に使用され、
前記計算機(6)による前記最適化された色変換テーブル(16)の作成に際して、各プロセスカラー組み合わせ(15)に対して、代用されるべきプロセスカラーの割合は、ゼロより大きい、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 6色印刷または7色印刷の場合に、標本点の数が4色印刷と比べて低減されている、修正された色変換テーブル(17)を、前記最適化された色変換テーブル(16)に代えて使用する、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 6色印刷または7色印刷における前記標本点の数の低減は、プロセスカラーであるブラックに対する値が、他のプロセスカラー割合のうちの1つよりも小さくない標本点を省くこと、またはともに2つの最大の割合をプロセス点において形成してはならない相補的なプロセスカラーの標本点を省くことによって行われる、
請求項2記載の方法。 - テストフォームとして、全ての存在するプロセスカラー(13)を伴うCMYKテストフォームが使用され、前記テストフォームは、0%、30%、60%および100%のプロセスカラー割合の全ての組み合わせを有しており、前記テストフォームでは、自身のプロセスカラー割合の総計において、許容されている網点面積率総計を上回っている、プロセスカラー割合の組み合わせが省かれる、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記計算機(6)の必要な計算時間および格納場所の低減のために、まずはグレー軸の標本点だけが補償計算によって特定され、次に前記グレー軸から出発して、前記修正された色変換テーブル(17)が、半径方向に外側に向かって埋められ、
それぞれ、既に存在している隣接している標本点と、欠陥を有する印刷ノズル(8)に対する影響の受けやすさと、が別の標本点の適性の評価に寄与する、
