Claims (7)
- CO2吸収液を含有するミストを捕集するデミスタであって、
第1方向が軸方向となる複数の線状の構造体が、第1方向に直交する第2方向に並列に配置された第1層と、前記第1方向とは異なる方向が軸方向となる複数の線状の構造体が、当該軸方向に直交する方向に並列に配置された第2層と、を含む複数の積層体が前記第1方向及び前記第2方向に直交する方向に積層され、
前記線状の構造体は、樹脂、または金属形成されたデミスタ。 - 前記第1層は、構造体の線径、隣接する構造体との間隔が一定であり、
前記第2層は、構造体の線径、隣接する構造体との間隔が一定である請求項1に記載のデミスタ。 - 前記第2層は、構造体が、前記第2方向が軸方向となる請求項1または請求項2に記載のデミスタ。
- 前記第1層は、少なくとも1つの他の積層体の第1層の構造体に対して、第2方向における構造体の位置がずれている請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のデミスタ。
- 前記積層体の周囲に配置され、前記第1層及び前記第2層の構造体の端部を支持する保持部をさらに有する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のデミスタ。
- CO2を含有するガスが供給される吸収塔本体と、
前記吸収塔本体に、吸収液を供給する吸収液供給部と、
前記吸収塔本体の前記吸収液供給部の吸収液供給位置よりも前記ガスの流れ方向下流側に配置され、CO2を含有する吸収液を含有するミストを捕集する請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のデミスタと、を備えるCO 2 吸収塔。 - ミスト除去率、圧力損失、厚さ、捕集ミストの排出性を設定するステップと、
設定したミスト除去率、圧力損失、厚さ、捕集ミストの排出性に基づいて、井桁構造の構造体の積層数、線径、線の間隔、各層間のずれ量を決定するステップと、
設定した積層数、線径、線の間隔、各層間のずれ量に基づいて、構造体を積層し、デミスタを製造するステップと、を含み、
前記井桁構造の構造体は、樹脂、または金属形成されるデミスタの製造方法。
