中央制御装置は、リアルタイムで1つ又は複数の漢方薬材気調貯蔵サブシステムを監視し、1つ又は複数の気密保囲構造中の酸素含有量と湿度を制御するように配置される漢方
薬材の気調貯蔵システムであって、
漢方薬材気調貯蔵サブシステムは、
1つ又は複数のセンサーからの情報に基づいて実行命令を生成するように配置された総合検査制御装置と、
実行命令を受信して1つ又は複数の気密保囲構造の酸素含有量、湿度、温度、及び二酸化炭素含有量のうちの1者又は2者以上を調整するように配置された1つ又は複数の実行装置と、を備え、
1つ又は複数の実行装置は、低酸素装置、湿度制御装置、空調システム、制御弁のうちの1者又は2者以上を備え、
漢方薬材気調貯蔵サブシステムは、複数組の気密保囲構造及び複数の集中制御弁を備え、
各組の気密保囲構造は、1つ又は複数の気密保囲構造を含み、前記複数組の気密保囲構造の各組は各気密保囲構造のための制御弁を介して集中制御弁に接続され、前記集中制御弁は共通の酸素制御装置に接続され、各気密保囲構造に供給されるガスの湿度は制御可能である、漢方薬材の気調貯蔵システム。 - 中央制御装置は、1つ又は複数の気密保囲構造の温度を監視及び制御するように配置される請求項1に記載の漢方薬材の気調貯蔵システム。
- 中央制御装置は、1つ又は複数の気密保囲構造の二酸化炭素含有量を監視及び制御するように配置される請求項1に記載の漢方薬材の気調貯蔵システム。
- 請求項1に係る漢方薬材の気調貯蔵システムにおいて、中央制御装置が、リアルタイムでそれぞれが漢方薬材を格納する1つ又は複数の気密保囲構造を管理する1つ又は複数の漢方薬材気調貯蔵サブシステムを監視するステップと、
前記中央制御装置が、リアルタイムで1つ又は複数の気密保囲構造中の酸素含有量と湿度を制御するステップとを含む漢方薬材の気調貯蔵システムの制御方法であって、
漢方薬材気調貯蔵サブシステムは、複数組の気密保囲構造及び複数の集中制御弁を備え、
各組の気密保囲構造は1つ又は複数の気密保囲構造を備え、
前記複数組の気密保囲構造の各組は各気密保囲構造のための制御弁を介して集中制御弁に接続され、
前記集中制御弁は共通の酸素制御装置に接続され、
湿度制御装置が、各気密保囲構造に供給されるガスの湿度を制御するステップをさらに含む、漢方薬材の気調貯蔵システムの制御方法。 - 総合検査制御装置が、1つ又は複数のセンサーからの情報に基づいて実行命令を生成するステップと、
1つ又は複数の実行装置が、実行命令を受信して1つ又は複数の気密保囲構造の酸素含有量、湿度、温度、及び二酸化炭素含有量のうちの1者又は2者以上を調整するステップと、をさらに含む請求項4に記載の漢方薬材の気調貯蔵システムの制御方法。 - 前記総合検査制御装置が、1つ又は複数のセンサーからの情報を前記中央制御装置に送信するステップをさらに含む請求項5に記載の漢方薬材の気調貯蔵システムの制御方法。
- 前記総合検査制御装置が、1つ又は複数のセンサーからの情報に基づいて対応する予め設定した閾値と比較するステップをさらに含む請求項6に記載の漢方薬材の気調貯蔵システムの制御方法。
- 前記総合検査制御装置が、中央制御装置の予め設定した閾値の更新命令を受信するステップをさらに含む請求項7に記載の漢方薬材の気調貯蔵システムの制御方法。
