Description

-平行または先細りされた長手方向のスルーボア(3)と、
-締結要素の本体の上端部から下端部に延在する主長手方向のスロット(4)と、
-下及び/または上の部分の一部長手方向のスリット(5,6)と、を備え、
当該一部長手方向のスリット(5,6)は、当該主長手方向のスリット(3)と平行であり、
一部長手方向のスリット(5,6)は、固定要素の本体の一端を残して、一部にその伸長部分を進める。
Claims (10)
- 歯管(11)に導入するための締結システム(8)であって、
前記締結システムは、前記歯管(11)に導入するための締結要素(10)を有し、
前記締結要素(10)は、
-平行または円錐形状の本体と、
-平行または先細りされた長手方向のスルーボア(1)と、
-前記締結要素の前記本体の上端部から下端部へ伸びる第1の長手方向のスロット(2)を有し、これにより、前記締結要素(10)は、前記歯管(11)の壁に機械的に重なるように任意の歯管サイズに適合し、
前記締結要素(10)はさらに、プレハブピン(9)を有し、
前記スル―ボア(1)を持つ前記締結要素(10)は、前記プレハブピン(9)の周りに挿入され、前記プレハブピン(9)が残した前記歯管(11)内の空隙を前記締結要素(10)が埋めることにより前記締結システムが前記歯管(11)の壁に重ねられて機械的に保持される、締結システム(8)。 - 前記締結要素(10)の材料は、ポリママトリクスと、単一の方向または多方向に前記ポリママトリクスに分散された繊維を備える繊維強化複合材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の締結システム(8)。
- 前記強化複合材料は、前記ポリママトリクスに分散された放射線乳白剤及び顔料を含み、
前記放射線乳白剤及び前記顔料は、シリカ、リン酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、アルミナ、ジルコニア、酸化スズ、酸化タンタル、酸化ニオブ、酸化チタン、ポリ(メタクリレート)及びそれらの混合物を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の締結システム(8)。 - 前記強化複合材料の前記ポリママトリクスは、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリイミド、ポリアクリレート、ポリウレタン、ビニルエステル、エポキシ樹脂、スチレン、スチレン、アクリロニトリル、ABSポリマ、ポリスルホン、ポリアセタール、ポリカーボネート、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、及びそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の締結システム(8)。
- 前記ポリママトリクスは、エポキシ樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の締結システム(8)。
- 前記強化複合材料の前記繊維は、ガラス、石英、カーボン、ポリアミド及びそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の締結システム(8)。
- 前記繊維は、ガラス繊維または石英である、請求項6に記載の締結システム(8)。
- 前記締結要素(10)は、300から1200MPaの範囲の曲げ強度を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の締結システム(8)。
- 前記締結要素(10)は、化学セメントによって歯管(11)の内壁に接線方向に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の締結システム(8)。
- 歯管(8)に導入するための締結要素(10)であって、
-前記締結要素(10)の前記本体の上及び/または下の部分の部分的な第2の長手方向のスロット(5,6)を備え、
前記部分的な第2の長手方向のスロット(5,6)は、前記第1の長手方向のスロット(4)と平行であり、
前記部分的な第2の長手方向のスロット(5,6)は、前記締結要素の前記本体の一端を残して、前記締結要素(10)の前記第1の長手方向に延在している、請求項1に記載の締結システム(8)。
