Description
Claims (2)
- 流体通路および弁室が形成され、弁座を備えたバルブボディと、
前記弁室を覆うように設けられ、前記弁室の気密を保持するダイヤフラムと、
前記弁座に対し近接および離間移動するステムと、
前記ダイヤフラムの中央部に挿通され、前記ステムに連結され、前記弁座に対し当接および前記弁座から離間して前記流体通路を開閉する弁体部と、を備え、
前記ダイヤフラムは、メインダイヤフラムと、前記メインダイヤフラムに対する前記弁室側とは反対側に位置して前記メインダイヤフラムに接触して設けられたサポートダイヤフラムと、を有し、
前記メインダイヤフラムの内周側の第1末端部は前記弁体部に固定され、
前記サポートダイヤフラムの内周側の第2末端部は、前記メインダイヤフラムの内周側の前記第1末端部から離間し、
前記弁体部に対し、前記ダイヤフラムに対する前記弁室側とは反対側に、押えリングが設けられ、
前記メインダイヤフラムは、第1外周部と、第1中間部と、第1内周部とを有し、
前記サポートダイヤフラムは、第2外周部と、第2中間部と、第2内周部とを有し、
前記第2外周部は前記第1外周部に当接し、前記第2中間部は前記第1中間部に当接し、前記第1内周部は、前記第1中間部の内端から前記弁座に向かって折れ曲がるように構成され、前記第2内周部は、前記メインダイヤフラムから離間し、
前記押えリングの下面は、前記サポートダイヤフラムの前記第2内周部に当接している、バルブ。 - 前記メインダイヤフラムは、金属材料により構成され、前記サポートダイヤフラムは、ゴムまたは樹脂材料により構成され、
前記メインダイヤフラムの内周側の前記第1末端部は、前記弁体部に対し溶接により固着されている、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
