Claims (6)
- ワッペン熱接着温度で熱収縮を発生しない表面の図柄層と、該図柄層の下に設けた中間ホットメルト層と、該中間ホットメルト層を介して積層する樹脂フィルムと、該樹脂フィルムの下に設けた下方ホットメルト層とを有し、樹脂フィルムは両ホットメルト層の融点に達するワッペン熱接着温度によって溶融しないけれども熱収縮を生じることにより、ワッペンの熱接着時において樹脂フィルムの熱収縮で図柄層の周縁が内側へ回り込んで湾曲状になる曲面状の立体ワッペン。
- 図柄層は、織地、編地、不織布、合成皮革布またはプラスチックシートである請求項1記載の立体ワッペン
- 樹脂フィルムは厚みが30~500μmであり、両ホットメルト層の融点に達する100~150℃で熱収縮を発生する請求項1記載の立体ワッペン。
- 樹脂フィルムは、柔軟性が高くて着用感を損ねにくいポリウレタン系フィルムであり、図柄層の周縁を湾曲させるために両ホットメルト層の融点に対応する熱収縮温度を有するポリウレタンフィルムを選択する請求項3記載の立体ワッペン。
- 両ホットメルト層は厚みはそれぞれ50~200μmであり、その融点は100~150℃である請求項1記載の立体ワッペン。
- 中間ホットメルト層は、図柄層および樹脂フィルムと接着相性のよいポリウレタン系であり、下方ホットメルト層は中間ホットメルト層よりも融点が高くて耐久性が優れている請求項5記載の立体ワッペン。
