ワックス炭化水素および酸化された炭化水素からなる混合物は、
120℃で25mPa・s未満の動的粘度と、
炭素鎖が65ウエイトパーセントを超える直鎖である分子の含有量と、
55℃~105℃のASTM D 938による凝固点と、
少なくとも1~20ウエイトパーセントの酸化炭化水素の含有量と、
0.1~10mgKOH/gのASTM D 1386による酸価と、
を有する、木材プラスチック複合組成物は、優れた潤滑効果および良好な機械的特性を示すことが見いだされた。

0.9cm-3より下、好ましくは0.8g・cm-3以下、さらに好ましくは0.7g・cm-3から0.8g・cm-3の間のEN ISO 12185による120°Cでの密度;および
300から1500g・mol-1の間、好ましくは4001300g・mol-1の間、およびより好ましくは500から800g・mol-1の間のモル質量(数平均)
を有する:
少なくとも1つの木材成分と、
少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマーと、
本明細書に記載されているワックス組成物、または、
本明細書に記載されているように、それぞれ双方とも別に添加されるワックス炭化水素と酸化炭化物水素を、
ワックス組成物の凝固点を超える温度で混ぜ合わせ、木材プラスチック複合混合物を得る工程と、
熱可塑性ポリマーの融点を超え、木材成分の分解温度未満であって、好ましくは150~200℃の温度で、好ましくはプロファイル押出成形、圧縮成形または射出成形によって、混合物を固化させて、完成木材プラスチック複合材料を得る工程と、を含む、木材プラスチック複合材料組成物を加工する方法を含む。
複合物がた。温度が202℃ に達するか、トルクが大幅に増加すると、プロセスを終了した。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの木材成分と、
少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーと、
15~110個の炭素原子を有するワックス炭化水素と、
ヒドロキシル基、カルボニル基、カルボキシレート基、およびラクトン基の少なくとも1つを有する、炭化水素または変性した炭化水素、からなる15~110個の炭素原子を有する酸化された炭化水素と、を含む木材プラスチック複合組成物であって、
前記ワックス炭化水素および前記酸化された炭化水素からなる混合物は、
120℃で25mPa・s未満の動的粘度と、
炭素鎖が65ウエイトパーセントを超える直鎖である分子の含有量と、
55℃~105℃のASTM D 938による凝固点と、
1~20ウエイトパーセントの前記酸化された炭化水素の含有量と、
0.1~10mgKOH/gのASTM D 1386による酸価と、
を有するワックス組成物であり、
前記ワックス炭化水素は、フィッシャトロプシュワックスであり、前記酸化された炭化水素はフィッシャトロプシュワックスの酸化に由来する木材プラスチック複合組成物。 - 前記熱可塑性ポリマーは、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビニルまたはそれらの混合物の群から選択される、請求項1に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- 前記木材成分は、非木材または木材植物からのリグノセルロースまたはそれらの組み合わせからなる、請求項1または2に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- 前記酸化された炭化水素および/または前記ワックス組成物は、アルコールとエステル/酸とケトン/アルデヒドの質量比が1:0.1~3:0.1~2である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- 前記ワックス組成物は、120℃で10mPa・s以下の動的粘度を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- 前記ワックス組成物は、180℃で10mPa・s以下の動的粘度を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- 直鎖状炭素鎖を有する前記ワックス組成物中の分子の含有量は、75ウエイトパーセントを超える、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- 前記ワックス組成物の凝固点は、75~105℃である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- EN ISO 12185による120℃での前記ワックス組成物の密度は、0.9g・cm-3未満である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- 前記ワックス組成物中の分子のモル質量(数平均)は300~1500g・mol-1である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- 25~400phwの熱可塑性ポリマーを含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- 0.1~40phwの前記ワックス組成物を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- 前記組成物の50ウエイトパーセント超は、前記木材成分、前記熱可塑性ポリマーおよび前記ワックス組成物からなる、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の木材プラスチック複合組成物。
- 木材プラスチック複合材料組成物を加工する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの木材成分と、
少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーと、
請求項1~13のいずれか一項に定義されているワックス組成物、または、
請求項1~13のいずれか一項に定義されている、それぞれ双方とも別に添加される前記ワックス炭化水素と前記酸化された炭化水素を、
前記ワックス組成物の凝固点を超える温度で混ぜ合わせ、木材プラスチック複合混合物を得る工程と、
前記熱可塑性ポリマーの融点を超え、前記木材成分の分解温度未満であって、150~200℃の温度で、プロファイル押出成形、圧縮成形または射出成形によって、前記混合物を固化させて、完成木材プラスチック複合材料を得る工程と、を含む、木材プラスチック複合材料組成物を加工する方法。 - 完成した木材プラスチック複合材料を得るために、請求項14の前記木材プラスチック複合材料組成物を加工する方法における木材プラスチック複合体組成物への、潤滑剤としての請求項1~13のいずれか一項に係る前記ワックス組成物の0.1~40phwの使用。
