Description
キシリトールと寒天を混合し、滅菌し、ボールミルに入れて放冷してキシリトール寒天ビーズを製造するステップ1と、
カラギーナン溶液又はゲランガム溶液又はキサンタンガム溶液又はグアーガム溶液を調製し、ビタミンB12、L-アラビノースをカラギーナン溶液又はゲランガム溶液又はキサンタンガム溶液又はグアーガム溶液に加えて均一に混合して混合液を得、そして、該混合液によってステップ1のキシリトール寒天ビーズを包み、混合液により包まれたキシリトール寒天の2層のガムビーズを得るステップ2と、
ステップ2で製造された2層のガムビーズを発酵したビフィドバクテリウム培養液又は発酵したプロピオニバクテリウム培養液又は発酵したラクトバチルス培養液に入れて培養し、培養後に取り出し、冷凍するか又は熱風で乾燥させ、糖アルコール添加剤完成品を得るステップ3とを含む。
1.キシリトール、L-アラビノース及びビタミンB12を使用することによって、腸管微生物の指向性調節を実現し、腸内のプロピオン酸の高濃度合成を実現する。
2.多層包埋技術を用いて、腸管内の糖アルコールの徐放および多層放出を実現する。
3.本方法のビーズ技術は、ビフィドバクテリウム類又はプロピオニバクテリウム類又はラクトバチルス類製品の安定性を実現する。
本発明の腸内徐放性糖アルコール添加剤の製造方法の実施例1は、ステップ1~ステップ3を含む。
Claims (8)
- 2層構造を備え、内層構造にはキシリトールと寒天の成分が含まれ、外層構造には、カラギーナン又はゲランガム又はキサンタンガム又はグアーガムと、ビタミンB12と、L-アラビノースと、発酵したビフィドバクテリウム又は発酵したプロピオニバクテリウム又は発酵したラクトバチルスの成分が含まれる、ことを特徴とする腸内徐放性糖アルコール添加剤。
- 前記糖アルコール添加剤において、含まれたキシリトールと、L-アラビノースと、ビタミンB12との成分重量比は、1~33:1:0.005である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腸内徐放性糖アルコール添加剤。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の腸内徐放性糖アルコール添加剤の製造方法であって、
キシリトールと寒天を混合し、滅菌し、ボールミルに入れて放冷してキシリトール寒天ビーズを製造するステップ1と、
カラギーナン溶液又はゲランガム溶液又はキサンタンガム溶液又はグアーガム溶液を調製し、ビタミンB12とL-アラビノースをカラギーナン溶液又はゲランガム溶液又はキサンタンガム溶液又はグアーガム溶液に加えて均一に混合して混合液を得、該混合液によってステップ1のキシリトール寒天ビーズを包み、混合液により包まれたキシリトール寒天の2層のガムビーズを得るステップ2と、
ステップ2で製造された2層のガムビーズを、発酵したビフィドバクテリウム培養液又は発酵したプロピオニバクテリウム培養液又は発酵したラクトバチルス培養液に入れて培養し、培養後に取り出し、冷凍するか又は熱風で乾燥させ、糖アルコール添加剤完成品を得るステップ3とを含む、ことを特徴とする腸内徐放性糖アルコール添加剤の製造方法。 - ステップ1において、寒天の濃度は、2%であり、滅菌条件は、121℃で15min滅菌することである、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の腸内徐放性糖アルコール添加剤の製造方法。
- ステップ2において、カラギーナン溶液又はゲランガム溶液又はキサンタンガム溶液又はグアーガム溶液を調製する方法は、2gのカラギーナン又はゲランガム又はキサンタンガム又はグアーガムを秤取し、100mLの蒸留水に溶解し、121℃で15min滅菌し、温度50℃~60℃に冷却するステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の腸内徐放性糖アルコール添加剤の製造方法。
- ステップ3において、発酵したビフィドバクテリウム培養液又は発酵したプロピオニバクテリウム培養液又は発酵したラクトバチルス培養液におけるビフィドバクテリウム又はプロピオニバクテリウム又はラクトバチルスの濃度は、109CFU/mLであり、2層のガムビーズを発酵したビフィドバクテリウム培養液又は発酵したプロピオニバクテリウム培養液又は発酵したラクトバチルス培養液に入れて24h培養し、冷凍又は熱風乾燥の条件は、1h~24h凍結乾燥するか又は30min熱風乾燥することである、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の腸内徐放性糖アルコール添加剤の製造方法。
- 前記糖アルコール添加剤は、食品に適用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の腸内徐放性糖アルコール添加剤の使用。
- 前記糖アルコール添加剤は、食品に適用される、ことを特徴とする請求項3~6のいずれか一項に記載の腸内徐放性糖アルコール添加剤の製造方法で製造された腸内徐放性糖アルコール添加剤の使用。
