Description
回路基板に搭載されるコネクタであって、
前記コネクタは、カバーと、ベースと、ヒンジ機構と、端子と、金属部材とを備えており、
前記カバーは、前記ヒンジ機構により前記ベースに取り付けられており、
前記ヒンジ機構は、前後方向において前記ベースの後端よりも前記ベースの前端に近く、
前記カバーには、被ロック部が設けられており、
前記金属部材は、前記ベースに保持されており、
前記金属部材は、ロック部と、連結部と、補強部とを有しており、
前記ロック部は、第1規制部と、第2規制部とを有しており、
前記第2規制部は、前記前後方向と直交する上下方向において、前記第1規制部の前端から下方に延びており、
前記連結部は、前記第1規制部と前記補強部とを一体に連結しており、
前記連結部と前記第2規制部とは、前記前後方向において互いに所定距離だけ離れており、
前記連結部は、立設部を有しており、
前記立設部は、前記上下方向において、前記第1規制部から少なくとも下方に延びており、
前記補強部は、前記コネクタが前記回路基板に搭載された際に前記回路基板に半田付けされるものであり、
前記上下方向と直交する面内において、前記補強部は、前記立設部から前記所定距離の2倍以内の領域と、少なくとも部分的に重なっている
コネクタを提供する。
前記連結部は、付加的立設部を更に有しており、
前記立設部と前記付加的立設部とは、前記前後方向において互いに離れて位置しており、
前記補強部は、前記前後方向において、前記立設部と前記付加的立設部との間に位置している
コネクタを提供する。
前記補強部は、前記立設部と交差する方向に延びている
コネクタを提供する。
前記金属部材は、半田付け部を更に有しており、
前記半田付け部は、前記コネクタが前記回路基板に搭載された際に前記回路基板に半田付けされるものであり、
前記立設部は、前記前後方向において、前記半田付け部と前記補強部との間に位置している
コネクタを提供する。
前記金属部材は、付加的半田付け部を更に有しており、
前記付加的半田付け部は、前記コネクタが前記回路基板に搭載された際に前記回路基板に半田付けされるものであり、
前記補強部は、前記前後方向において、前記立設部と前記付加的半田付け部との間に位置している
コネクタを提供する。

Claims (4)
- 回路基板に搭載されるコネクタであって、
前記コネクタは、カバーと、ベースと、ヒンジ機構と、端子と、金属部材とを備えており、
前記カバーは、前記ヒンジ機構により前記ベースに取り付けられており、
前記ヒンジ機構は、前後方向において前記ベースの後端よりも前記ベースの前端に近く、
前記カバーには、被ロック部が設けられており、
前記金属部材は、前記ベースに保持されており、
前記金属部材は、ロック部と、連結部と、補強部とを有しており、
前記ロック部は、第1規制部と、第2規制部とを有しており、
前記第2規制部は、前記前後方向と直交する上下方向において、前記第1規制部の前端から下方に延びており、
前記連結部は、前記第1規制部と前記補強部とを一体に連結しており、
前記連結部と前記第2規制部とは、前記前後方向において互いに所定距離だけ離れており、
前記連結部は、立設部を有しており、
前記立設部は、前記上下方向において、前記第1規制部から少なくとも下方に延びており、
前記補強部は、前記コネクタが前記回路基板に搭載された際に前記回路基板に半田付けされるものであり、
前記上下方向と直交する面内において、前記補強部は、前記立設部から前記所定距離の2倍以内の領域と、少なくとも部分的に重なっており、
前記連結部は、付加的立設部を更に有しており、
前記立設部と前記付加的立設部とは、前記前後方向において互いに離れて位置しており、
前記補強部は、前記前後方向において、前記立設部と前記付加的立設部との間に位置している
コネクタ。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタであって、
前記補強部は、前記立設部と交差する方向に延びている
コネクタ。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載のコネクタであって、
前記金属部材は、半田付け部を更に有しており、
前記半田付け部は、前記コネクタが前記回路基板に搭載された際に前記回路基板に半田付けされるものであり、
前記立設部は、前記前後方向において、前記半田付け部と前記補強部との間に位置している
コネクタ。 - 請求項3記載のコネクタであって、
前記金属部材は、付加的半田付け部を更に有しており、
前記付加的半田付け部は、前記コネクタが前記回路基板に搭載された際に前記回路基板に半田付けされるものであり、
前記補強部は、前記前後方向において、前記立設部と前記付加的半田付け部との間に位置している
コネクタ。
