Claims (10)
- 複数の単位モジュールを含むバッテリーモジュールアセンブリーと、前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリーの長手方向の一側に結合するBMSアセンブリーと、を含むサブパックであって、
前記単位モジュールは、複数のバッテリーセルと、並列バスバーと、を含み、前記並列バスバーは、各バッテリーセルとワイヤボンディングによって電気的に接続され、
前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリーは、
前記複数の単位モジュールの少なくとも一側面に備えられるサイドビームを含み、
前記BMSアセンブリーは、複数のBMSを含み、
前記複数のBMSの各々の上部に、複数のセンシング端子が備えられ、
前記センシング端子と前記並列バスバーとがワイヤボンディングによって電気的に接続されることで、前記複数のセンシング端子は、コネクティングワイヤによって前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリーと電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、サブパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリーは、
長手方向に沿って連結される複数の単位モジュールを含む第1サブモジュールと、
複数の単位モジュールを含み、前記単位モジュールの幅方向に沿って第1サブモジュールと連結される第2サブモジュールと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサブパック。 - 前記BMSアセンブリーは、
前記第1サブモジュールの充放電を制御する第1BMSと、
前記第2サブモジュールの充放電を制御する第2BMSと、
前記第1BMS及び前記第2BMSの周りを囲み、前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリーの長手方向の一側に締結されるBMSフレームと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のサブパック。 - 前記単位モジュールは、
複数のセルグループを形成する前記複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを支持する下部ハウジングと、
前記下部ハウジングの上部に結合し、前記複数のバッテリーセルの収容空間を提供する上部ハウジングと、
前記上部ハウジングの上面に取り付けられ、相互に離隔して並んで配置される複数の前記並列バスバーと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のサブパック。 - 前記BMSアセンブリーは、
前記複数のBMSを一括に囲んで固定するBMSフレームと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサブパック。 - 前記第1サブモジュールと前記第2サブモジュールとは、相互に隣接する並列バスバー同士の電気的な接続によって直列に接続することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のサブパック。
- 同じ前記セルグループ内に含まれる複数のバッテリーセル同士の並列接続、同じサブモジュールに含まれる複数の単位モジュール同士の並列接続、及び相互に隣接する複数のサブモジュール同士の直列接続は、全てワイヤボンディングによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のサブパック。
- 前記第1BMS及び前記第2BMSの各々は、複数のセンシング端子を含み、
前記第1BMSの前記センシング端子は、前記第1サブモジュールの並列バスバーとワイヤボンディングによって電気的に接続され、
前記第2BMSのセンシング端子は、前記第2サブモジュールの並列バスバーとワイヤボンディングによって電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のサブパック。 - 請求項1に記載のサブパックの一対が、前記サブパックの長手方向に平行する中心軸を基準で相互に鏡面対称の形態で結合したことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
