Claims (9)
- 構造部品としての組立ユニット(21)と、前記組立ユニット(21)が収容されたポンプハウジング(20)とを含み、
前記組立ユニット(21)は、
基板(11)と、
導入された直線運動によって動力が与えられるポンプ部品(13)を内部に有し、前記基板(11)に固定して取り付けられた少なくとも1つのポンプ部品ハウジング(12)と、
を備え、
さらに、前記ポンプ部品ハウジング(12)の外部において、前記ポンプ部品(13)に対する固定の相対位置に、偏心体(18)を有する偏心装置(14)を組み立て可能にするために、偏心固定手段(17)を有し、
前記偏心固定手段(17)は、前記基板上(11)に設けられている
ことを特徴とする潤滑剤ポンプ。 - 前記偏心固定手段(17)は、特定の配置で提供され、締結ボルト(28)を受け入れるように形成されたボアホールを備えることによって、前記偏心装置(14)の雌ねじ穴を介して、前記ポンプ部品ハウジング(12)に対する所定の相対位置に前記偏心装置(14)を固定できるようにした
ことを特徴とする請求項1の潤滑剤ポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ部品ハウジング(12)に対して固定の相対位置に配置された前記偏心装置(14)も有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の潤滑剤ポンプ。 - 前記偏心装置(14)の前記偏心体(18)の回転軸は、基板(11)の平面に垂直である
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の潤滑剤ポンプ。 - 前記基板(11)は金属で形成され、前記基板(11)の厚さは1.5mm~10mmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の潤滑剤ポンプ。 - 前記基板(11)は金属製であり、ポンピング作動時に前記偏心体(18)によって加えられる最大圧縮力Fmaxを吸収するように形成されており、この力Fmaxの影響下で、前記偏心装置(14)の中心軸と遠位点の前記ポンプ部品(13)との間の距離の変化は、100μm未満である
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の潤滑剤ポンプ。 - 前記組立ユニット(21)は、前記基板(11)に接続され、トルクロック方式で前記偏心装置(14)に結合された駆動装置(19)をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の潤滑剤ポンプ。 - 前記基板(11)は、長方形の基本形状を有し、前記長方形の長辺は、前記ポンプ部品ハウジング(12)に挿入された前記ポンプ部品(13)の長手方向の延長部に平行である
ことを特徴とする請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の潤滑剤ポンプ。 - 前記ポンプハウジング(20)は、全体的にまたは部分的にプラスチックハウジングとして形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の潤滑剤ポンプ。
