Description
Claims (8)
- ハウジング(14)と、該ハウジング(14)に固定的に配置されているフランジ(16)とを備える、内燃機関の燃料系用の高圧ポンプ(10)の製造方法であって、
少なくとも二つのフランジ部材(16a,16b)から形成されているフランジ(16)を準備する工程と、
前記高圧ポンプ(10)の溝状の収容領域(18)に、前記フランジ部材(16a,16b)の半径方向に内向きの領域を収容する工程と、
前記フランジ部材(16a,16b)を、圧入によって、前記ハウジング(14)に保持する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする、高圧ポンプ(10)の製造方法。 - 前記フランジ部材(16a,16b)は、空所(20)を有しており、
前記フランジ部材(16a,16b)の前記空所(20)は、取り付け位置において前記溝状の収容領域(18)によって部分的に覆われるように、前記空所(20)は前記フランジ部材(16a,16b)に配置されており、
前記ハウジング(14)の材料を前記空所(20)にかしめる、請求項1に記載の高圧ポンプ(10)の製造方法。 - 前記空所(20)は円形の孔として形成されている、請求項2に記載の高圧ポンプ(10)の製造方法。
- 前記フランジ部材(16a,16b)の前記半径方向に内向きの領域は複数の部分(26)を有しており、該部分(26)は、側方に位置する領域よりも大きい材料厚さ及び/又は側方に位置する領域とは異なる型押し部を有しており、
前記部分(26)を用いて、前記フランジ部材(16a,16b)を前記溝状の収容領域(18)に圧入する、請求項1に記載の高圧ポンプ(10)の製造方法。 - 前記ハウジング(14)と前記フランジ(16)は、異なる特殊鋼から作製されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ポンプ(10)の製造方法。
- 前記高圧ポンプ(10)は、プラグインポンプである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ポンプ(10)の製造方法。
- 前記フランジ部材(16a,16b)は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム化合物又は鋼から作製されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ポンプ(10)の製造方法。
- 前記フランジ(16)を準備する工程は、打ち抜き及び/又は型押しによって前記フランジ部材(16a,16b)を作製する工程を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ポンプ(10)の製造方法。
