Description
本発明の第1の態様の引入れヘッド組立体を細長い柔軟な構造体の端に固定するステップと、
引入れヘッド組立体を細長い柔軟な構造体と一緒に支持構造体と係合するように引っ張り、それにより細長い柔軟な構造体が支持構造体に設けられたコネクタに接触するようになる、ステップと、
引入れヘッド組立体が細長い柔軟な構造体から解放されるように、引っ張り軸に沿って引入れヘッド組立体に加えられる引っ張り力を増加させるステップと、
引入れヘッド組立体における引っ張りによって、引入れヘッド組立体を細長い柔軟な構造体から分離するステップと
を含む方法が提供される。
コネクタの長手方向軸を定める本体と、
引っ張り軸の周りに配置される保持部材であって、使用中に長手方向軸に沿って引入れヘッド組立体に加えられる引っ張り力が細長い柔軟な構造体に伝えられるように、コネクタを引入れヘッド組立体に固定するように構成され、引入れヘッド組立体が細長い柔軟な構造体から分離され得るように、引っ張り力が所定の閾値を超えるときに引入れヘッド組立体を細長い柔軟な構造体から解放するように構成される保持部材と

Claims (27)
- 海中電力ケーブルの設置中に引っ張り構成部をケーブル保護システムの細長い柔軟な構造体に解放可能に連結するための引入れヘッド組立体であって、
前記引入れヘッド組立体の引っ張り軸を定める本体と、
前記引っ張り軸の周りに配置される保持部材であって、使用中に前記引っ張り軸に沿って前記引入れヘッド組立体に加えられる引っ張り力が前記細長い柔軟な構造体に伝えられるように、前記引入れヘッド組立体を前記細長い柔軟な構造体に固定するように構成され、前記引入れヘッド組立体が前記細長い柔軟な構造体から分離され得るように、前記引っ張り力が所定の閾値を超えるときに前記引入れヘッド組立体を前記細長い柔軟な構造体から解放するように構成される、保持部材と
を備え、
前記保持部材は、前記細長い柔軟な構造体が前記引っ張り軸に沿った前記引入れヘッド組立体との移動のために固定されるように前記保持部材の少なくとも一部分が前記細長い柔軟な構造体の一部分と係合するように配置される保持構成と、前記引入れヘッド組立体が前記引っ張り軸に沿って前記細長い柔軟な構造体から分離可能となるように前記保持部材が前記細長い柔軟な構造体から係合解除される解放構成とを有し、前記保持部材は前記保持構成と前記解放構成との間で作動可能であり、前記保持部材は前記保持構成と前記解放構成との間で弾性的に変形可能である、引入れヘッド組立体。 - 前記所定の閾値は15kN以上である、請求項1に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記所定の閾値は150kN以下である、請求項1または2に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記保持部材は、前記引っ張り軸の周りで周方向に配置される環状保持部および前記引っ張り軸の周りで周方向に配置される複数の保持部のうち少なくとも一方を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記保持部材はエラストマ材料を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記保持部材は、前記引っ張り軸に沿って前記引入れヘッド組立体に加えられる引っ張り力が前記引っ張り軸の周りで分散されるように配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記保持部材は環状である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記保持部材は、前記引っ張り軸が延びる平面の両側において配置される少なくとも2つの保持部を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記少なくとも2つの保持部は、前記引っ張り軸に対して直径方向で互いに反対に配置される、請求項8に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記少なくとも2つの保持部は、前記細長い柔軟な構造体から同時に解放するように構成される、請求項8または9に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記保持部材は、前記引っ張り軸の周りで周方向に配置される複数の保持要素を備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 各々の保持要素は、前記引っ張り軸に対して径方向外向きに延びる、請求項11に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記保持部材は、円錐形の外側輪郭を有する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記保持部材は、前記引っ張り軸に沿って前記引入れヘッド組立体の前に向かって集束する、請求項13に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記保持部材は、前記引っ張り軸に沿って延びる内部円筒孔を定め、前記本体は前記内部円筒孔に沿って延びる、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記保持部材を備える前記引入れヘッド組立体の少なくとも一部分が、前記細長い柔軟な構造体の端への挿入のために構成される、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記保持部材を備える前記引入れヘッド組立体の前記一部分は、ケーブル保護システムのためのコネクタの端への挿入のために構成される、請求項16に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 使用中に、前記引入れヘッド組立体が前記細長い柔軟な構造体から分離されるときに、前記細長い柔軟な構造体内において延びる第2の細長い柔軟な構造体が前記引入れヘッド組立体に連結されたままとなるように、前記第2の細長い柔軟な構造体を前記本体に連結するための手段をさらに備える、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 前記第2の細長い柔軟な構造体は、電力ケーブルを備える、請求項18に記載の引入れヘッド組立体。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体と、
細長い柔軟な構造体であって、細長い柔軟な要素、および、前記細長い柔軟な構造体を支持構造体に連結するためのコネクタを備える細長い柔軟な構造体と
を備える装置。 - 前記コネクタは、前記引入れヘッド組立体の保持要素と解放可能に係合するように構成される保持特徴部を備える、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記コネクタは、前記コネクタの長手方向軸に沿って延びる内部孔を有し、前記保持特徴部は、前記内部孔の表面に設けられる凹部を備える、請求項21に記載の装置。
- 使用中、前記保持部材が前記引入れヘッド組立体を前記細長い柔軟な構造体に固定するために前記凹部と係合するように、前記凹部は、前記保持部材の外側部分に対応する輪郭を有する、請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い柔軟な構造体内で延びる第2の細長い柔軟な構造体をさらに備え、前記第2の細長い柔軟な構造体は、前記引入れヘッド組立体が前記細長い柔軟な構造体から分離され
るときに前記第2の細長い柔軟な構造体が前記引入れヘッド組立体に連結されたままとなるように、前記本体に固定される、請求項20から23のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記細長い柔軟な要素は細長い管状要素である、請求項20から24のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 細長い柔軟な構造体を設置する方法であって、
請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の引入れヘッド組立体を細長い柔軟な構造体の端に固定するステップと、
前記細長い柔軟な構造体が支持構造体に設けられたコネクタに接触するように、前記引入れヘッド組立体を前記細長い柔軟な構造体と一緒に前記支持構造体と係合するように引っ張るステップと、
前記引入れヘッド組立体が前記細長い柔軟な構造体から解放されるように、前記引っ張り軸に沿って前記引入れヘッド組立体に加えられる前記引っ張り力を増加させるステップと、
前記引入れヘッド組立体における引っ張りによって、前記引入れヘッド組立体を前記細長い柔軟な構造体から分離するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記引入れヘッド組立体は、前記引入れヘッド組立体を前記細長い柔軟な構造体から分離する前記ステップによってケーブルの少なくとも一部分が前記細長い柔軟な構造体から引き出されるように、前記細長い柔軟な構造体内に収容された前記ケーブルに連結される、請求項26に記載の方法。
