Abstract
Description
電子機器50及び後処理装置60の説明の前に、車両S100におけるエンジン10に対する吸気経路及び排気経路について説明する。図1に示すように、車両S100は、エンジン10に空気を供給するための吸気経路P10と、エンジン10からの排気ガスが流れる排気経路P11とを備えている。吸気経路P10及び排気経路P11は、この種の車両において使用される従来公知の構成であってもよく、したがって、本明細書では詳細な説明は省略する。
図2は、電子機器50の構成を説明するためのブロック図である。電子機器50は、車両S100の各装置の動作を制御する制御装置である。電子機器50は、例えば電子制御装置(Electric Control Unit)である。電子機器50は、図2に示すように、制御部51と、記憶部55とを備えている。
制動回生機能を回復するためには、バッテリ30の充電率を減少させる制御を行えばよい。そこで、ヒータ制御部53は、取得部52が取得したバッテリ30の充電率が第1閾値以上の場合に、ヒータ16を駆動させる。第1閾値は、任意の充電率であってもよいが、例えば「80%」である。ヒータ16が駆動することによって、バッテリ30の電力が消費され、バッテリ30の充電率が減少する。
上記に加え、ヒータ制御部53は、例えば、DPD再生制御が開始された場合、後処理装置60又は排気ガスの温度が異常に高温となった場合、又は車両S100のキーがオフとされた場合の少なくともいずれかの条件で、ヒータ16の駆動を停止させてもよい。
ヒータ制御部53は、バッテリ30の充電率及び後処理装置60の例えば触媒の温度に応じて、異なるモードでヒータ16を駆動させてもよい。ヒータ制御部53は、例えば、充電率が第1閾値以上の場合、ヒータ16を第1設定温度で駆動させ、充電率が第1閾値未満で第2閾値以上の場合、ヒータ16を第2設定温度で駆動させる。第2閾値は、第1閾値よりも低い値であり、例えば「70%」である。第1閾値は、例えば、バッテリ30の充電率を低下させる優先度が高レベルであることを示す値である、第2閾値は、充電率を低下させる優先度が中レベルであることを示す値である。
上記では、バッテリ30の充電率のみによってヒータ16の駆動モードが決定されることを例示したが、バッテリ30の充電率と後処理装置60の温度とに基づいてヒータ16の駆動モードが決定されてもよい。ヒータ制御部53は、例えば充電率が第1閾値未満で第2閾値以上であり、かつ、後処理装置60の内部の温度が所定の設定値未満の場合に、第2設定温度でヒータを駆動させる。具体的には、ヒータ制御部53は、後処理装置60の内部の温度が比較的低いことを示す所定の設定値未満の場合に、第2設定温度でヒータ16を駆動させる。
本実施形態の車両S100では、図1に示したように第1浄化装置60Aと第2浄化装置60Bとが配置されており、後段の第2浄化装置60BにSCR65が設けられている。SCR触媒の排気ガス浄化性能の維持又は上昇が優先されると判定される場合に、ヒータ16で加熱された排気ガスがバイパス経路P12を介して直接に第2浄化装置60Bに供給されてもよい。これにより、バッテリ30の電力を消費しつつ、ヒータ16の熱を利用して効果的にSCR65を昇温させ、浄化性能を維持又は上昇させることができる。以下、具体例を説明する。
図4は、車両S100におけるヒータ駆動によるSOC制御の一例のフローチャートである。なお、図4に示される工程は全てが必須という訳ではなく、本発明の要旨を変更しない範囲において、適宜工程が省略されてもよい。
図5は、車両におけるヒータ駆動によるSOC制御の他の一例のフローチャートである。図5は、図4のフローチャートのステップS6を変更したものである。その他の工程は図4のものと同様であるので、共通する説明は省略する。
以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、バッテリ30の充電率が第1閾値以上の場合に、ヒータ16が駆動し、バッテリ30の電力を減少させることができるので、早期に制動回生機能を回復できる。

- 回生発電を行う発電機に電気的に接続され前記発電機により充電されるバッテリの充電率を取得する取得部と、
エンジンから排出された排気ガスを浄化する後処理装置の触媒の温度を上昇させるヒータの駆動を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記取得部が取得した前記バッテリの充電率が第1閾値以上の場合に、前記バッテリの電力により前記ヒータが加熱されるように前記ヒータを第1設定温度で駆動させ、
前記充電率が前記第1閾値未満で第2閾値以上の場合、前記ヒータを前記第1設定温度よりも低い第2設定温度で駆動させる、

前記排気ガスが流れる流路に設けられ前記排気ガス内の粒子状物質を捕集するフィルタを有する第1浄化装置と、
前記第1浄化装置の下流側に設けられ、前記触媒として選択式還元触媒を有する第2浄化装置と、
前記第1浄化装置を迂回して前記排気ガスを前記第2浄化装置へと供給するバイパス経路と、
前記バイパス経路に設けられたバルブと、
を有し、
前記取得部は、前記フィルタの再生動作が行われてからの積算走行距離を取得し、
前記制御部は、
前記取得部が取得した前記積算走行距離が所定の設定値未満であり、前記取得部が取得した前記充電率が前記第1閾値未満で第2閾値以上であり、かつ、前記後処理装置の内部の温度が所定の設定値未満の場合に、前記バルブを動作させ、前記排気ガスを前記バイパス経路経由で前記第2浄化装置へと供給させる、

前記充電率が前記第1閾値未満で第2閾値以上の場合、前記ヒータを前記第1設定温度よりも低い第2設定温度で駆動させる、
