Description
分離クラッチは開いており、結果として第2の電気回転機が第1の電気回転機および内燃機関から切り離される。このため第2の電気回転機は、トラクションマシン(traction machine)として、または発電機として個別に制御される。内燃機関および第1の電気回転機は動作していない。
分離クラッチは開いている。内燃機関は、第1の電気回転機によって始動され、内燃機関は、第1の電気回転機を駆動することができ、その結果、第1の電気回転機は、自動車のバッテリを充電するために発電機として制御される。第2の電気回転機は、トラクションマシンとして制御される。
分離クラッチが閉じられ、結果として、第1の電気回転機、第2の電気回転機、および内燃機関が互いに結合される。自動車は、内燃機関および/または一方もしくは両方の電気回転機によって駆動される。この場合、2つの電気回転機を、トラクションマシンとして、または発電機として制御することができる。

Claims (9)
- 電気駆動可能な自動車のパワートレイン用の駆動装置(1)であって、第1の電気回転機(10)および第2の電気回転機(20)、ならびに第1のシャフト(40)および第2のシャフト(41)を有し、前記第1の電気回転機(10)のロータ(11)は、前記第1のシャフトに相対回転不能に固定されており、前記第2の電気回転機(20)のロータ(21)は、前記第2のシャフト(41)に相対回転不能に固定されており、前記駆動装置(1)は、分離クラッチ(50)をさらに有し、前記分離クラッチ(50)によって、前記第1の電気回転機(10)の前記ロータ(11)は、トルク伝達のために前記第2のシャフト(41)に接続可能であり、前記2つの電気回転機(10、20)のうちの一方は、それぞれの他方の電気回転機(10、20)によって径方向に境界が画定された領域内に、その少なくとも一部が径方向および軸方向に配置されており、
前記分離クラッチ(50)は、その入力側(51)が前記第1のシャフト(40)に、その出力側(52)が第2のシャフト(41)に直接接続されており、
前記駆動装置(1)は、第1の伝達段(71)をさらに有し、前記第1の伝達段(71)は、前記第2のシャフト(41)の外側歯部(47)と、前記第2のシャフト(41)の前記歯部と噛み合う第1の歯車(82)と、によって形成され、
前記分離クラッチ(50)が閉じているとき、前記第1の電気回転機(10)の前記ロータ(11)によって供給されるトルクが、前記第1の伝達段(71)を介して伝達されることを特徴とする、駆動装置(1)。 - 前記第1の電気回転機(10)は、前記第2の電気回転機(20)によって径方向に境界が画定された領域内に、少なくとも部分的に径方向および軸方向に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 前記第1の電気回転機(10)は、内側ロータモータとして構成されており、前記第2の電気回転機(20)は、外側ロータモータとして構成されており、前記第1の電気回転機(10)のステータ(12)と前記第2の電気回転機(20)のステータ(22)とは、互いに機械的に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 前記2つの電気回転機(10、20)の前記ステータ(12、22)は、共通のステータキャリア(32)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 前記2つの電気回転機(10、20)の前記ステータ(12、22)は、ステータユニット(31)の一体化構成要素であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 前記2つのシャフト(40、41)は、同軸に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 前記駆動装置(1)は、第2の伝達段(70)をさらに有し、前記第2の伝達段(70)は、内歯歯車(5)を備える前記駆動装置(1)の接続要素(4)と、外側歯部(46)を有する要素を有する前記第1のシャフト(40)と、によって形成されており、前記接続要素(4)から前記第1のシャフト(40)へと回転運動を伝達する目的で、前記内歯歯車(5)の歯部と前記外側歯部(46)とが互いに噛み合っていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置(1)と、内燃機関(110)と、を有する駆動アセンブリ(100)であって、前記内燃機関(110)は、前記内燃機関(110)の出力要素(111)によって前記第1の電気回転機(10)の前記ロータ(11)へと、相対回転不能に固定される様態で結合される、または結合することができる、駆動アセンブリ(100)。
- 請求項7に記載の駆動装置(1)と、内燃機関(110)と、を有する駆動アセンブリ(100)であって、前記内燃機関(110)は、前記内燃機関(110)の出力要素(111)によって前記第1の電気回転機(10)の前記ロータ(11)へと、相対回転不能に固定される様態で結合される、または結合することができ、
前記駆動アセンブリ(100)は、前記駆動装置(1)の前記接続要素(4)に相対回転不能に固定される様態で接続された振動ダンパ(101)と、前記内燃機関(110)に機械的に接続されたハウジング要素(62)と、を備え、前記振動ダンパ(101)は、前記ハウジング要素(62)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、駆動アセンブリ(100)。
