Claims (9)
- 標的組織を破損することなく標的組織中の熱ショックタンパク質の活性化を刺激するように適合させたシステムであって、前記システムは、
530nm~1300nmの波長、10%未満のデューティサイクル、および、500ミリ秒以下のパルス幅を有するレーザー光であって、標的組織に電磁的放射エネルギーを適用の結果、標的組織(18)の温度を最大でおよそ摂氏11度上げることによって、標的組織の熱的な時系変化を形成し、その間、標的組織の平均温度が6分以内の時間にわたってわずか摂氏1度以下で上昇するレーザー光を含む、パルス電磁的放射エネルギー源(16)によって特徴づけられる、システム。 - 複数のレーザー光スポットは標的組織に同時に適用される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- レーザー光は、標的組織に適用される各処置レーザースポット当たりおよそ1ワットの電力を有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 装置(14)は身体の空洞へ挿入され、組織(18)にパルス電磁的放射エネルギーを適用するために使用される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
