Description

Claims (11)
- 溶接面(22)及び前記溶接面(22)から離れた停止面(24)を有するヘッド(14)と、
長手方向軸(Xa)に沿って、第1の端部領域(18)と第2の端部領域(20)との間に延び、前記第1の端部領域(18)が前記停止面(24)に接続された、シャフト状のアンカー部分(12)と、
を含む、溶接方法を用いて加工物に接続されるのに適した溶接要素(10)において、
前記溶接面(22)は、前記溶接面(22)全体にわたり均一かつ一様に分布された複数の尖った突出部(26)を含み、
前記突出部(26)の各々は、正方形の基部を含むピラミッド状の形状を有する
ことを特徴とする、溶接要素(10)。 - 前記複数の突出部(26)は、前記溶接面にわたり一様に分布された複数の直線に沿って配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶接要素(10)。
- 前記突出部(26)は、平行な列に配置され、2つの交差する溝(34a、34b)の群に分けられ、第1の群の溝(34a)は互いに平行に延び、第2の群の溝(34b)は互いに平行に延び、前記第1の群の溝(34a)は前記第2の群の溝(34b)に対して直角であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の溶接要素(10)。
- 前記溶接面(22)には膨出部(36)が形成されており、前記突出部(26)は前記膨出部(36)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項3のいずれかに記載の溶接要素(10)。
- 前記膨出部(36)は円形横断面を有し、前記膨出部(36)は、前記長手方向軸(Xa)に同軸に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の溶接要素(10)。
- 前記突出部(26)の各々は、前記突出部(26)の先端部(28)を形成する4つの平坦な外側面を含み、対向する2つの外側面(32)は、75度と85度との間の角度(α)を囲むように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれかに記載の溶接要素(10)。
- 前記突出部(26)は0.3ミリメートル(mm)と1.0ミリメートル(mm)との間の突出部高さ(Hv)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項6のいずれかに記載の溶接要素(10)。
- 2つの隣接する前記突出部(26)の前記先端部は、0.5ミリメートルと2.0ミリメートルの間だけ互いに距離をおいて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項7のいずれかに記載の溶接要素(10)。
- 溶接要素(10)を加工物(38)に接続するための溶接方法であって、
請求項1~請求項8のいずれかに記載の溶接要素(10)を準備するステップと、
第1及び第2の表面(40、42)を含み、シート厚(Tb)を有する加工物(38)を準備するステップと、
溶接装置(46)を準備するステップと、
前記加工物(38)の前記第1の表面(40)上に前記溶接要素(10)の前記溶接面(22)を配置するステップと、
前記シート厚(Tb)に応じて前記溶接装置(46)を作動させるステップと、
前記突出部(26)の少なくとも幾つかを溶融し、前記溶接要素を前記加工物に押し付けることによって、前記溶接要素(10)を前記加工物(38)に溶接するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする溶接方法。 - 前記突出部(26)は、前記長手方向軸(Xa)に沿って特定の突出部高さ(Hv)を有し、溶融される前記突出部高さ(Hv)は、前記シート厚(Tb)に基づいて決められることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記加工物(38)は、前記第2の表面(42)上に亜鉛層が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項9~請求項10のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
