Description
図1の実施形態と同様な構造にてバイオセンサーを製作した。
作業電極層と酵素反応層の表面積の比を1:1.2に制御することを除いては、前記実施例1と同様な方法でバイオセンサーを製作した。
絶縁隔壁を形成しないことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様な方法でバイオセンサーを製作した。
作業電極層と酵素反応層の表面積の比を1:0.8に制御することを除いては、前記実施例1と同様な方法でバイオセンサーを製作した。
前記実施例及び比較例で製作したバイオセンサーを用いて次のように乳酸測定を行った。試料としては、5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40mM以上の濃度の乳酸組合わせ液を用い、測定装置としては、電気化学分析装備CHI630(CH Instruments社製)を使用した。

さらに、前記測定結果を下記の表1にまとめた。
Claims (6)
- 基板;
前記基板上に形成された作業電極層、前記作業電極層上に前記作業電極層を覆うように形成された酵素反応層を含む作業電極;
前記基板上で前記作業電極と離間して形成された基準電極;及び
前記基板上で前記作業電極と基準電極とを分離しながら前記作業電極と基準電極の領域を限定する絶縁隔壁を含み、
前記作業電極層と酵素反応層の表面積の比は1:1.1~2.1である、
バイオセンサー。 - 前記絶縁隔壁の高さが前記作業電極と基準電極の高さよりも高い、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記作業電極層と酵素反応層の表面積の比は1:1.1~1.8である、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記基板上に作業電極層と基準電極とを所定間隔を空けて形成し、前記作業電極層と基準電極とを分離しながら前記作業電極と基準電極の領域を限定する絶縁隔壁を形成した後、前記作業電極層上に前記作業電極層を覆うように酵素反応層を形成して製造される、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 乳酸、グルコース、コレステロール、アスコルビン酸、アルコール又はグルタミン酸の濃度測定に用いられる、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 乳酸の濃度測定に用いられる、請求項5に記載のバイオセンサー。
