Description
絶縁性基板として、厚さ180μmのPET製基板を用意した。
実施例1と同様の方法でセンサを製作する一方、透過制御層を3つの層が互いに接触するように形成した。

絶縁性基板として、厚さ180μmのPET製基板を用意した。
乳酸感応最大濃度の測定
実施例および比較例のバイオセンサを用いて、乳酸標準溶液の電流を測定した。ここで、前記乳酸標準溶液としては、L-乳酸ナトリウム(Sodium L-Lactate,Sigma-aldrich)を用いた。各々の乳酸標準溶液(1、3、5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40及び50mmol/L)を作業電極と基準電極に均一に滴下した後、0.2Vの電圧を印加し、20秒後の電流値を測定して、バイオセンサが感応できる試料の乳酸の最大濃度を測定し、図3のグラフを得た。
Claims (10)
- 基板と、
前記基板の上面上に配置されたセンシング電極と、前記センシング電極の上面上に配置された酵素反応層と、前記酵素反応層の上面上に配置され、水溶性高分子および非水溶性高分子を含む透過制御層とを含む、前記基板上に配置された作業電極と、
前記基板上において前記作業電極と離隔して配置された基準電極とを含み、
前記水溶性高分子は、ポリビニルアルコール(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース(hydroxyethyl cellulose,HEC)、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース(hydroxypropyl cellulose,HPC)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(carboxy methyl cellulose,CMC)、セルロースアセテート(cellulose acetate)、およびポリビニルピロリドン(polyvinyl pyrrolidone,PVP)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つを含み、
前記透過制御層は、溶媒、前記水溶性高分子および前記非水溶性高分子を含む組成物から形成され、前記組成物の全重量に対して前記水溶性高分子は1~10重量%含まれ、前記組成物の全重量に対して前記非水溶性高分子は0.5~5重量%含まれる、バイオセンサ。 - 前記非水溶性高分子は、ポリウレタン(polyurethane、PU)、ポリカーボネート(polycarbonate,PC)、およびポリビニルクロライド(polyvinyl chloride,PVC)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記透過制御層は、複層構造を含む、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記酵素反応層は、オキシダーゼまたはデヒドロゲナーゼを含む、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記オキシダーゼは、グルコースオキシダーゼ、コレステロールオキシダーゼ、乳酸オキシダーゼ、アスコルビン酸オキシダーゼおよびアルコールオキシダーゼからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つを含み、
前記デヒドロゲナーゼは、グルコースデヒドロゲナーゼ、グルタミン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ、乳酸デヒドロゲナーゼおよびアルコールデヒドロゲナーゼからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記酵素反応層は、0.1~10mMのKm(Michaelis constant)の値を有する酵素を含む、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記センシング電極は炭素電極層を含む、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記センシング電極は、前記基板と前記炭素電極層との間に配置された金属電極層をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記透過制御層の上面上に配置された保護層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 乳酸濃度の測定に使用される、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
