前記入力軸アセンブリは伝動装置の前端に位置し、発電モータ入力軸アセンブリは増速遊星列と駆動モータ入力軸アセンブリとの間に位置し、駆動モータ入力軸アセンブリは発電モータ入力軸アセンブリと減速遊星列との間に位置し、出力軸アセンブリは伝動装置の尾端に位置し、クラッチは発電モータと駆動モータとの間に位置し、
前記入力軸アセンブリは入力軸及び増速遊星列遊星枠で構成され、入力軸は動力源に接続され、入力軸に増速遊星列遊星枠が設けられ、
前記発電モータ入力軸アセンブリはモータ入力軸、増速遊星列太陽歯車及びクラッチハブで構成され、モータ入力軸に増速遊星列太陽歯車及びクラッチハブが設けられ、
前記駆動モータ入力軸アセンブリは駆動モータ入力軸、クラッチ保持器及び減速遊星列太陽歯車で構成され、駆動モータ入力軸にクラッチ保持器及び減速遊星列太陽歯車が設けられ、

前記増速遊星列は、増速遊星列遊星歯車、増速遊星列外リングギア、増速遊星列遊星枠及び増速遊星列太陽歯車で構成され、そのうち、増速遊星列外リングギアはハウジングに固定され、増速遊星列遊星歯車は増速遊星列遊星枠に固定され、増速遊星列遊星歯車は増速遊星列外リングギアと内噛み合い、増速遊星列遊星歯車は増速遊星列遊星枠と外噛み合い、
前記減速遊星列は減速遊星列遊星歯車、減速遊星列外リングギア、減速遊星列遊星枠及び減速遊星列太陽歯車で構成され、減速遊星列外リングギアはハウジングに固定され、減速遊星列遊星歯車は減速遊星列遊星枠に固定され、減速遊星列遊星歯車は減速遊星列外リングギアと内噛み合い、減速遊星列太陽歯車と外噛み合い、
前記パーキング機構はパーキングギア及びパーキング爪で構成され、パーキング爪はハウジングに固定され、パーキングギアは減速遊星列保持器に統合される。
1、本発明は、増速遊星列、減速遊星列及び2つのモータを接続及び切断することができるクラッチを有するハイブリッド車両の伝動装置を提供し、そのうち、増速遊星列は入力回転数に対してより高い回転数を出力することができ、逆に、減速遊星列は、入力に対してより低い回転数を出力することができ、それにより減速とトルクアップの機能を実現し、クラッチは油圧の制御下で駆動モータと発電モータを接続及び切断することができ、モータとエンジンを組み合わせて出力装置を駆動してハイブリッド伝動動力を実現することができる。
2、本発明のハイブリッド車両の伝動装置は、構造がシンプルで、設計が合理的で、メンテナンスしやすく、部品コスト及び加工難度が低く、市場の成熟した製品のシンプルな遊星列構造及び部材に基づいて、2つのモータ及び1つのクラッチによって純電気モード、2つの直接駆動モード及び2つの並列接続モードを備えることを実現し、そのうち、並列接続モードはエンジンの動作状況を効果的に改善することができ、エンジンの直接駆動モードと組み合わせて高速での車両の燃料経済性及び動力性を効果的に解決することができるため、エンジンは終始に高効率領域にあり、完成車の優れた燃費性能を達成できる。
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。

ハイブリッド車両の伝動装置であって、前記伝動装置は、入力軸アセンブリ、発電モータ入力軸アセンブリ、駆動モータ入力軸アセンブリ、出力軸アセンブリ、クラッチ、増速遊星列、減速遊星列及びパーキング機構を含み、そのうち、
前記入力軸アセンブリは伝動装置の前端に位置し、発電モータ入力軸アセンブリは増速遊星列と駆動モータ入力軸アセンブリとの間に位置し、駆動モータ入力軸アセンブリは発電モータ入力軸アセンブリと減速遊星列との間に位置し、出力軸アセンブリは伝動装置の尾端に位置し、クラッチは発電モータと駆動モータとの間に位置し、
前記入力軸アセンブリは、入力軸及び増速遊星列遊星枠で構成され、入力軸は動力源に接続され、入力軸に増速遊星列遊星枠が設けられ、
前記発電モータ入力軸アセンブリは、モータ入力軸、増速遊星列太陽歯車及びクラッチハブで構成され、モータ入力軸に増速遊星列太陽歯車及びクラッチハブが設けられ、
前記駆動モータ入力軸アセンブリは、駆動モータ入力軸、クラッチ保持器及び減速遊星列太陽歯車で構成され、駆動モータ入力軸にクラッチ保持器及び減速遊星列太陽歯車が設けられ、
前記出力軸アセンブリは、出力軸、パーキングギア及び減速遊星列遊星枠で構成され、出力軸にパーキングギア及び減速遊星列遊星枠が設けられ、
前記クラッチは、クラッチハブ及びクラッチ保持器で構成され、クラッチハブはモータ入力軸に剛性接続され、クラッチ保持器は駆動モータ入力軸に接続され、
前記増速遊星列は、増速遊星列遊星歯車、増速遊星列外リングギア、増速遊星列遊星枠及び増速遊星列太陽歯車で構成され、そのうち、増速遊星列外リングギアはハウジングに固定され、増速遊星列遊星歯車は増速遊星列遊星枠に固定され、増速遊星列遊星歯車は増速遊星列外リングギアと内噛み合い、増速遊星列遊星歯車は増速遊星列遊星枠と外噛み合い、
前記減速遊星列は、減速遊星列遊星歯車、減速遊星列外リングギア、減速遊星列遊星枠及び減速遊星列太陽歯車で構成され、減速遊星列外リングギアはハウジングに固定され、減速遊星列遊星歯車は減速遊星列遊星枠に固定され、減速遊星列遊星歯車は減速遊星列外リングギアと内噛み合い、減速遊星列太陽歯車と外噛み合い、
前記パーキング機構はパーキングギア及びパーキング爪で構成され、パーキング爪はハウジングに固定され、パーキングギアは減速遊星列保持器に統合されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の伝動装置。

前記接続方式は溶接、リベット接合、スプライン嵌合、締まり嵌め、ヒンジ接続、一体加工のうちの一種を含むがこれらに限定されないことを特徴とする[1]、[2]、[3]、[5]又は[7]に記載のハイブリッド車両の伝動装置。

前記出力軸の中心線は入力軸の軸方向と一致することを特徴とする[1]に記載のハイブリッド車両の伝動装置。

- ハイブリッド車両の伝動装置であって、前記伝動装置は、入力軸アセンブリ、発電モータ入力軸アセンブリ、駆動モータ入力軸アセンブリ、出力軸アセンブリ、クラッチ、増速遊星列、減速遊星列及びパーキング機構を含み、そのうち、
前記入力軸アセンブリは伝動装置の前端に位置し、発電モータ入力軸アセンブリは増速遊星列と駆動モータ入力軸アセンブリとの間に位置し、駆動モータ入力軸アセンブリは発電モータ入力軸アセンブリと減速遊星列との間に位置し、出力軸アセンブリは伝動装置の尾端に位置し、クラッチは発電モータと駆動モータとの間に位置し、
前記入力軸アセンブリは、入力軸及び増速遊星列遊星枠で構成され、入力軸は動力源に接続され、入力軸に増速遊星列遊星枠が設けられ、

- 前記駆動モータ入力軸はクラッチ保持器及び減速遊星列太陽歯車に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の伝動装置。
- 前記駆動モータ入力軸アセンブリは駆動モータに取り外し可能に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の伝動装置。
- 前記出力軸は減速遊星列遊星枠に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の伝動装置。
- 前記接続される方式は溶接、リベット接合、スプライン嵌合、締まり嵌め、ヒンジ接続、一体加工のうちの一種を含むがこれらに限定されないことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、5又は7に記載のハイブリッド車両の伝動装置。
