一种混合动力车辆驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合动力车辆驱动装置,属于汽车领域。
背景技术
近年来,随着全球石油资源紧张以及国内油耗及排放法规日益严苛,对于研究更加绿色环保、高效节能的汽车动力系统的需求十分迫切。混合动力车辆作为新能源技术的一个分支,并具有更好的燃油经济性、低排放等优点,成为竞相研发的新型车辆。混合动力车辆的驱动装置的研发将整合多种新技术,包括混合动力构型分析、参数匹配、节能分析、电池技术、电机电控技术等关键技术,基本上涵盖大多数其他新能源汽车研发过程中的通用关键技术。混合动力传动系统按联结方式一般分为串联、并联和混联三种形式。混合动力系统主要通过电机的协调工作可以使发动机运行在高效率区,从而提高整个系统的效率,并且低成本、轻量化、结构紧凑。
因此,亟需提出一种混合动力车辆驱动装置,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明研发目的是为了解决根据车辆工况需求的不同,选择不同工作模式,能够有效地节省汽车燃油消耗的问题,在下文中给出了关于本发明的简要概述,以便提供关于本发明的某些方面的基本理解。应当理解,这个概述并不是关于本发明的穷举性概述。它并不是意图确定本发明的关键或重要部分,也不是意图限定本发明的范围。
本发明的技术方案:
一种混合动力车辆的驱动装置,包括发动机、EM2电机、EM1电机、太阳轮、行星轮、外齿圈、行星架、单向离合器、B1制动器、C1离合器、传动驱动齿轮、减震器、输出轴传动齿轮、电机齿轮、输出轴主动齿轮、主减齿轮差速器、变速器输入轴、第1轴线、第2轴线、第3轴线、第4轴线、输出轴和主轴承,发动机曲轴与减震器及变速器输入轴连接安装,输入轴与行星架连接安装,太阳轮、行星轮和外齿圈依次齿轮啮合配合安装在行星架上,行星架设置在C1离合器的内毂上与单向离合器的内圈配合安装,单向离合器的外圈与壳体固定连接,EM2电机的转子轴设置在太阳轮上与B1制动器的内毂配合安装,B1制动器的外毂由壳体提供,外齿圈与C1离合器的外毂连接安装,外齿圈与传动驱动齿轮配合安装;
所述第1轴线、第2轴线、第3轴线和第4轴线依次相互平行设置,输入轴设置在第1轴线上,输出轴两端分别安装有输出轴传动齿轮和输出轴主动齿轮,输出轴安装在第2轴线上,EM1电机的转子与电机齿轮固定安装,EM1电机设置在第4轴线上,主减齿轮差速器设置在第3轴线上,主轴承的内侧安装在输入轴上,传动驱动齿轮安装在主轴承的外侧,单向离合器设置安装在所述外齿圈的径向外侧位置,减震器安装在行星架和发动机之间,输出轴传动齿轮分别与传动驱动齿轮和电机齿轮齿轮啮合配合安装。
优选的:所述单向离合器安装设置在减震器和发动机之间,单向离合器单方向锁止发动机旋转方向。
优选的:所述EM2电机的定子和EM1电机的定子分别安装在壳体中。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明结构简单、设计合理、成本相对较低,基于市场已成熟产品的简单行星排结构及部件,通过增加两个电机及一个离合器和一个制动器,实现了具备分别单、双电机的纯电模式、两个固定档位的并联模式以及混联功率分流模式。其中混联功率分流模式能够有效的改善发动机工况,再结合并联两个固定档位能够有效的解决车辆高速下的燃油经济性和动力性,可以使发动机始终处于高效区域,可以达到整车油耗表现优异。增加电机相对成本有所增加,但从整车角度油耗会降低,实现新能源汽车目标,达到节能减排,满足逐步加严的排放法规。此结构具有结构简合理、装配简单、成本低廉等优点。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附图中示出的具体实施例来描述本发明。但是应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
本发明所提到的连接分为固定连接和可拆卸连接,所述固定连接即为不可拆卸连接包括但不限于折边连接、铆钉连接、粘结连接和焊接连接等常规固定连接方式,所述可拆卸连接包括但不限于螺纹连接、卡扣连接、销钉连接和铰链连接等常规拆卸方式,未明确限定具体连接方式时,默认为总能在现有连接方式中找到至少一种连接方式能够实现该功能,本领域技术人员可根据需要自行选择。例如:固定连接选择焊接连接,可拆卸连接选择铰链连接。
具体实施方式一:结合图1-图2说明本实施方式,本实施方式的一种混合动力车辆的驱动装置,包括发动机1、EM2电机2、EM1电机3、太阳轮4、行星轮5、外齿圈6、行星架7、单向离合器8、B1制动器9、C1离合器10、传动驱动齿轮11、减震器12、输出轴传动齿轮13、电机齿轮14、输出轴主动齿轮15、主减齿轮差速器16、变速器输入轴17、第1轴线18、第2轴线19、第3轴线20、第4轴线21、输出轴22和主轴承23,发动机1曲轴与减震器12及变速器输入轴17连接安装,输入轴17与行星架7连接安装,太阳轮4、行星轮5和外齿圈6依次齿轮啮合配合安装在行星架7上,行星架7设置在C1离合器10的内毂上与单向离合器8的内圈配合安装,单向离合器8的外圈与壳体固定连接,EM2电机2的转子轴设置在太阳轮4上与B1制动器9的内毂配合安装,B1制动器9的外毂由壳体提供,外齿圈6与C1离合器10的外毂连接安装,外齿圈6与传动驱动齿轮11配合安装;
所述第1轴线18、第2轴线19、第3轴线20和第4轴线21依次相互平行设置,输入轴17设置在第1轴线18上,输出轴22两端分别安装有输出轴传动齿轮13和输出轴主动齿轮15,输出轴22安装在第2轴线19上,EM1电机3的转子与电机齿轮14固定安装,EM1电机3设置在第4轴线21上,主减齿轮差速器16设置在第3轴线20上,主轴承23的内侧安装在输入轴17上,传动驱动齿轮11安装在主轴承23的外侧,单向离合器8设置安装在所述外齿圈6的径向外侧位置,减震器12安装在行星架7和发动机1之间,输出轴传动齿轮13分别与传动驱动齿轮11和电机齿轮14齿轮啮合配合安装。
具体实施方式二:结合图1-图3说明本实施方式,基于具体实施方式一,本实施方式的一种混合动力车辆的驱动装置,所述单向离合器8安装设置在减震器12和发动机1之间,单向离合器8单方向锁止发动机1旋转方向,防止发动机1反转运动。
具体实施方式三:结合图1-图3说明本实施方式,基于具体实施方式一,本实施方式的一种混合动力车辆的驱动装置,所述EM2电机2的定子和EM1电机3的定子分别安装在壳体中。
具体实施方式四:结合图1-图3说明本实施方式,本实施方式的一种混合动力车辆的驱动装置,结合表1对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述:

1、纯电动模式1:
纯电动模式1档:C1离合器10和B1制动器9都不工作;车辆的动力由EM1电机3工作提供;动力流经路径为,EM1电机3与电机齿轮14固定连接,与输出轴22上的输出轴传递齿轮13进行齿轮啮合,动力传递到输出轴22,再经输出轴主动齿轮15经过齿轮啮合传递到主减齿轮和差速器16,然后到达车辆处。根据车辆的车速与扭矩需求,调节EM1电机3的工况点以满足车辆需求。此纯电模式,EM1电机3经过二级减速,降低电机设计的最高转速要求,并且能够提升汽车的动力性能。因EM1电机3本身具备正反转的运转特性,根据车辆需求情况,可以实现车辆的前进档和倒挡功能。
2、纯电动模式2:
纯电动模式2档:C1离合器10和B1制动器9都不工作;车辆的动力可以由EM1电机3和EM2电机2共同工作提供,也可以由EM1电机3或者EM2电机2单独工作提供。由于单向离合器8内圈与行星架7相连接,可以防止其反转。根据行星排运转特性,EM2电机2运转提供反向转速及扭矩,提供动力经太阳轮4及行星排轮系传递到传动驱动齿轮11,再经齿轮啮合传递到输出轴22。EM1电机3动力经电机齿轮14在经过输出传动齿轮13,将动力传递到输出轴22;EM2电机2和EM1电机3的动力在输出轴22进行汇流,经过主减齿轮和差速器16传递,然后到达车辆处。
纯电模式1档和2档区别在于,纯电模式1档只能提供一个EM1电机3进行驱动车辆行驶,纯电模式2档可提供两个EM1电机3和EM2电机2共同驱动车辆行驶,提升车辆的动力性以及加速性。纯电模式2档时,由于设置单向离合器8,发动机1不会被动拖转,可以避免发动机1被拖动运转的能量损失。
3、并联工作模式1:
并联模式1档:C1离合器10工作结合;车辆的动力主要由发动机1工作提供,EM1电机3和EM2电机2根据整车需求以及发动机1所处工况,选择驱动或者发电,对发动机1的工况进行调节,让发动机1处于较优的燃油消耗区。根据行星排运转特性,发动机1动力经过行星架7,由于C1离合器10工作结合,太阳轮4、行星架8、外齿圈6被直连运转同转速,动力传递到外齿圈6;再经过传动驱动齿轮11与输出轴传动齿轮13齿轮啮合,动力传递到输出轴22处。再经输出轴主动齿轮15经过齿轮啮合传递到主减齿轮和差速器16,然后到达车辆处。
4、并联工作模式2:
并联模式2档:B1制动器9工作结合;车辆的动力主要由发动机1工作提供,EM1电机3根据整车需求以及发动机1所处工况,选择驱动或者发电,对发动机1的工况进行调节,让发动机1处于较优的燃油消耗区。由于B1制动器9工作结合,EM2电机2转子及太阳轮4被锁定不能旋转。根据行星排运转特性,发动机1动力分别经过行星架7和行星轮5,传递到外齿圈6和传动驱动齿轮11处,再经齿轮啮合传递到输出轴传动齿轮13,动力传递到输出轴22处。再经输出轴主动齿轮15经过齿轮啮合传递到主减齿。
并联模式1档与2档的区别在于,发动机1的动力传递路径不同,并且发动机1到传动驱动齿轮11处的速比不同。并联模式1档发动机1到传动驱动齿轮11,经过行星排传递,变速等于1;并联模式2档发动机1到传动驱动齿轮11,经过行星排传递,速比小于1。
5、混联模式(功率分流工作模式):
B1制动器9和C1离合器10都不工作;发动机1、EM1电机3、EM2电机2都进行工作。关于转速,根据行星排运转特性,控制发动机1和EM2电机2转速,则EM1电机3转速即可知;或者控制发动机1和EM1电机3转速,则EM2电机2转速即可知。关于扭矩,根据行星排的特性,发动机1的扭矩会分配到太阳轮4和外齿圈6。其中一部分扭矩经过行星架7上的行星轮5传递到太阳轮4和EM2电机2处;另一部分扭矩经过行星架7上的行星轮5传递到外齿圈6和传递驱动齿轮11处。由于发动机1的转速,由于受到EM1电机3或者EM2电机2转速的影响,发动机1与车辆车速的相对连续性关系,所以也称这种功率分流模式为ECVT模式。
关于功率分流模式即ECVT模式下,车辆需求与发动机1的转速、扭矩调节控制策略简述。一般情况EM1电机3作为驱动电机,EM2电机2作为发电电机;车辆的需求车速、需求扭矩作为输入量,对于各动力源的转速,可以计算EM1电机的3转速,发动机1的转速根据高效区进行预设,可以计算EM2电机2的转速。对于各动力源的扭矩,车辆需求扭矩由EM1电机3及发动机1发出扭矩构成,发动机1根据高效区预设扭矩,通过行星排传递到差速器16即车辆侧,EM2电机2发电后通过DC/DC转换器提供EM1电机3,特点在于发动机1转速和扭矩能够与车轮端进行动力解耦。
6、驻车/停车发电模式:
在车辆停止时,根据动力分配机构24和行星轮系运动特点,可以控制EM2电机2启动发动机1,当发动机1启动后拖动EM2电机2运转开始工作发电,电能将通过能量管理系统分配进入电池系统,实现电池充电功能。根据安全策略,可以选择车辆处于P档时进行驻车发电模式。
7、倒挡模式:
本结构没有设置机械倒挡;可选择纯电模式下,根据电机运转特性,控制电机工作的正反转用以实现车辆倒挡的功能。
具体实施方式五:结合图1-图3说明本实施方式,本实施方式的一种混合动力车辆的驱动装置,运动学、动力学及忽略系统传递的能量效率如下:
相关转速、扭矩关系可表示如下所示:

上式中,n1为太阳轮4的转速、n2为行星架7的转速、n3为外齿圈6的转速;T1为太阳轮4的扭矩、T2为行星架7的扭矩、T3为外齿圈6的扭矩;λ=Z3/Z1,Z1和Z3分别为太阳轮4和外齿圈6的齿数;
在功率分流工作模式中,太阳轮4的扭矩与发动机1的扭矩关系是按一定比例分配,T1=-T2/1+λ,T2行星架7的扭矩与发动机1提供扭矩相同。
需要说明的是,在以上实施例中,只要不矛盾的技术方案都能够进行排列组合,本领域技术人员能够根据排列组合的数学知识穷尽所有可能,因此本发明不再对排列组合后的技术方案进行一一说明,但应该理解为排列组合后的技术方案已经被本发明所公开。
本实施方式只是对本专利的示例性说明,并不限定它的保护范围,本领域技术人员还可以对其局部进行改变,只要没有超出本专利的精神实质,都在本专利的保护范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种混合动力车辆的驱动装置,包括发动机(1)、EM2电机(2)、EM1电机(3)、太阳轮(4)、行星轮(5)、外齿圈(6)、行星架(7)、单向离合器(8)、B1制动器(9)、C1离合器(10)、传动驱动齿轮(11)、减震器(12)、输出轴传动齿轮(13)、电机齿轮(14)、输出轴主动齿轮(15)、主减齿轮差速器(16)、变速器输入轴(17)、第1轴线(18)、第2轴线(19)、第3轴线(20)、第4轴线(21)、输出轴(22)和主轴承(23),发动机(1)曲轴与减震器(12)及变速器输入轴(17)连接安装,输入轴(17)与行星架(7)连接安装,太阳轮(4)、行星轮(5)和外齿圈(6)依次齿轮啮合配合安装在行星架(7)上,行星架(7)设置在C1离合器(10)的内毂上与单向离合器(8)的内圈配合安装,单向离合器(8)的外圈与壳体固定连接,EM2电机(2)的转子轴设置在太阳轮(4)上与B1制动器(9)的内毂配合安装,B1制动器(9)的外毂由壳体提供,外齿圈(6)与C1离合器(10)的外毂连接安装,外齿圈(6)与传动驱动齿轮(11)配合安装;
所述第1轴线(18)、第2轴线(19)、第3轴线(20)和第4轴线(21)依次相互平行设置,输入轴(17)设置在第1轴线(18)上,输出轴(22)两端分别安装有输出轴传动齿轮(13)和输出轴主动齿轮(15),输出轴(22)安装在第2轴线(19)上,EM1电机(3)的转子与电机齿轮(14)固定安装,EM1电机(3)设置在第4轴线(21)上,主减齿轮差速器(16)设置在第3轴线(20)上,主轴承(23)的内侧安装在输入轴(17)上,传动驱动齿轮(11)安装在主轴承(23)的外侧,单向离合器(8)设置安装在所述外齿圈(6)的径向外侧位置,减震器(12)安装在行星架(7)和发动机(1)之间,输出轴传动齿轮(13)分别与传动驱动齿轮(11)和电机齿轮(14)齿轮啮合配合安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力车辆的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述单向离合器(8)安装设置在减震器(12)和发动机(1)之间,单向离合器(8)单方向锁止发动机(1)旋转方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力车辆的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述EM2电机(2)的定子和EM1电机(3)的定子分别安装在壳体中。
