Claims (7)
- 凹面回折格子の製造方法であって、
押し当て面に回折格子の溝パターンを有する平面金型の前記押し当て面を、球面またはトロイド面である凹面に樹脂を塗布した凹面基板の前記凹面に対向させて、前記平面金型及び前記凹面基板を配置する工程と、
前記平面金型を流体によって加圧して変形させ、前記押し当て面を前記凹面に塗布された前記樹脂に押し当てる工程と、
前記押し当て面が押し当てられたことで前記溝パターンが転写された前記樹脂を硬化させる工程と、を含み、
前記押し当てる工程は、前記平面金型の前記押し当て面の側と、前記押し当て面の裏面の側との圧力差によって、前記押し当て面を前記樹脂に押し当てるものであり、前記押し当て面の側で排気し前記裏面の側の大気圧によって、前記押し当て面を前記樹脂に押し当てる、
ことを特徴とする凹面回折格子の製造方法。 - 凹面回折格子の製造方法であって、
押し当て面に回折格子の溝パターンを有する平面金型の前記押し当て面を、球面またはトロイド面である凹面に樹脂を塗布した凹面基板の前記凹面に対向させて、前記平面金型及び前記凹面基板を配置する工程と、
前記平面金型を流体によって加圧して変形させ、前記押し当て面を前記凹面に塗布された前記樹脂に押し当てる工程と、
前記押し当て面が押し当てられたことで前記溝パターンが転写された前記樹脂を硬化させる工程と、を含み、
前記配置する工程では、
冶具に前記凹面基板を取り付けた状態で、前記平面金型を前記冶具に設置することで、前記平面金型及び前記凹面基板を配置し、
前記平面金型の中心を対称の中心とする点対称な位置に設けた固定用開口部を用いて前記平面金型と前記冶具とを固定する、
ことを特徴とする凹面回折格子の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の凹面回折格子の製造方法において、
前記樹脂は紫外線硬化樹脂であり、
前記硬化させる工程は、前記樹脂に紫外線を照射することで該樹脂を硬化させる、
ことを特徴とする凹面回折格子の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の凹面回折格子の製造方法において、
前記樹脂は熱硬化樹脂であり、
前記硬化させる工程は、前記樹脂を加熱することで該樹脂を硬化させる、
ことを特徴とする凹面回折格子の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の凹面回折格子の製造方法において、
前記平面金型は、前記押し当て面を有する金属膜と、前記金属膜を支持するベース部材と、を備えて成る、
ことを特徴とする凹面回折格子の製造方法。 - 押し当て面に回折格子の溝パターンを有する平面金型と、前記平面金型と対になる凹面基板と、を有する凹面回折格子の製造装置であって、
回折格子の溝パターンを有する平面金型の前記押し当て面を、凹面に樹脂を塗布した凹面基板の前記凹面に対向させて、前記平面金型及び前記凹面基板を配置する配置部と、
前記平面金型を流体によって加圧して、前記押し当て面を前記凹面に塗布された前記樹脂に押し当てる押し当て部と、
前記押し当て面が押し当てられたことで前記溝パターンが転写された前記樹脂を硬化させる硬化部と、を含み、
前記押し当て部は、前記平面金型の前記押し当て面の側と、前記押し当て面の裏面の側との圧力差によって、前記押し当て面を前記樹脂に押し当てるものであり、前記押し当て面の側で排気し前記裏面の側の大気圧によって、前記押し当て面を前記樹脂に押し当てる、
ことを特徴とする凹面回折格子の製造装置。 - 押し当て面に回折格子の溝パターンを有する平面金型と、前記平面金型と対になる凹面基板と、を有する凹面回折格子の製造装置であって、
回折格子の溝パターンを有する平面金型の前記押し当て面を、凹面に樹脂を塗布した凹面基板の前記凹面に対向させて、前記平面金型及び前記凹面基板を配置する配置部と、
前記平面金型を流体によって加圧して、前記押し当て面を前記凹面に塗布された前記樹脂に押し当てる押し当て部と、
前記押し当て面が押し当てられたことで前記溝パターンが転写された前記樹脂を硬化させる硬化部と、を含み、
前記配置部は、
冶具に前記凹面基板を取り付けた状態で、前記平面金型を前記冶具に設置することで、前記平面金型及び前記凹面基板を配置し、
前記平面金型の中心を対称の中心とする点対称な位置に設けた固定用開口部を用いて前記平面金型と前記冶具とを固定する、
ことを特徴とする凹面回折格子の製造装置。
