Claims (14)
- セパレータを挟んで積層された多数の電極体を含む電極組立体を収納しパッケージングするパウチ外装材であって、
前記電極組立体を収納するために形成される第1および第2収納部と、
前記第1および第2収納部を囲むように前記パウチ外装材の外側に沿って形成されるシール部と、
前記第1および第2収納部と同じ深さで形成され、所定の間隔で前記第1および第2収納部を連結する連結部とを含み、
前記連結部の前記シール部に隣接する両端には、前記シール部の方向に突出した突出部が形成されていることを特徴とする、パウチ外装材。 - 前記突出部は、
前記連結部の底面から所定の高さに形成されたトップ部と、
前記トップ部の一端から前記連結部の底面に傾斜して形成された傾斜部とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ外装材。 - 前記傾斜部は、前記トップ部および前記連結部の底面と所定の曲率半径で連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記トップ部は、前記シール部と同じ高さで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記第1収納部と前記連結部の一側は第1折り曲げ線に沿って連結され、前記第2収納部と前記連結部の他側は第2折り曲げ線に沿って連結され、
前記パウチ外装材は、前記第1および第2折り曲げ線に沿って折り曲げられ前記電極組立体を収納することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ外装材。 - 前記第1および第2折り曲げ線は、前記電極組立体の厚さに対応する距離だけ離隔していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のパウチ外装材と、
セパレータを挟んで積層された多数の電極体を含む電極組立体とを含み、
前記パウチ外装材は、前記第1および第2収納部が対向するように前記シール部が折り曲げられて形成された収納空間に前記電極組立体を収納してパッケージングされることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記連結部は、パッケージングされた前記二次電池の側面を均一に形成し、
前記シール部は、前記二次電池の側面の両端部と隣接する部分に前記二次電池の側面に対して垂直な方向に所定の長さだけ突出した延長部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 請求項7に記載の一つ以上の二次電池と、
第1側面および前記第1側面に対向する第2側面と、前記一つ以上の二次電池の側面が面接触する上面とを備えた冷却プレートとを含むことを特徴とする、二次電池パック。 - 前記二次電池の連結部は、パッケージングされた前記二次電池の側面を均一に形成し、
前記二次電池のシール部は、前記二次電池の側面の両端部と隣接する部分に前記二次電池の側面に対して垂直な方向に所定の長さだけ突出した延長部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池パック。 - 前記冷却プレートの第1側面と第2側面との幅は、前記二次電池の連結部の長さに対応することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記冷却プレートの第1側面と第2側面との幅は、前記二次電池の連結部の長さより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記冷却プレートの第1側面および第2側面それぞれには、前記二次電池の延長部の前記所定の長さより大きいか同じ高さで段差が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記冷却プレートの第1側面および第2側面それぞれには、前記二次電池の延長部を収容するように前記延長部の所定の長さより深いか同じ深さで一つ以上の溝が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の二次電池パック。
