Claims (11)
- 電極組立体を包装するために用いられる1単位のシート型パウチ外装材であって、
前記パウチ外装材の中央に形成され、前記電極組立体の厚さだけの幅を有する挿入部と、
前記電極組立体の幅の中間に対応する部分から前記電極組立体の端部に対応する部分へ進むほど次第に深くなり、前記挿入部の両側に対称的に形成された収納部と、
前記挿入部の両端に形成され、端部へ進むほど深さが次第に浅くなる三角形の段差部と、を含むことを特徴とするパウチ外装材。 - 前記収納部において、前記挿入部から遠い側の底エッジ部の深さが、前記電極組立体の厚さの1/2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記挿入部と前記収納部との間が、偏平な区間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記挿入部に対向する収納部の外側が、相対的に長く延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を包装するために用いられる1単位のシート型パウチ外装材を含み、
前記パウチ外装材が、
前記パウチ外装材の中央に形成され、前記電極組立体の厚さだけの幅を有する挿入部と、
前記電極組立体の幅の中間に対応する部分から前記電極組立体の端部に対応する部分へ進むほど次第に深くなり、前記挿入部の両側に対称的に形成された収納部と、
前記挿入部の両端に形成され、端部へ進むほど次第に深さが浅くなる三角形の段差部と、を含むことを特徴とするパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記収納部において、前記挿入部から遠い側の底エッジ部の深さが、前記電極組立体の厚さの1/2以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記挿入部と前記収納部との間が、偏平な区間であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 電極組立体を包装するために用いられる1単位のシート型パウチ外装材であって、
前記パウチ外装材の中央に形成され、前記電極組立体の厚さだけの幅を有する挿入部と、
前記電極組立体の幅の中間に対応する部分から前記電極組立体の端部に対応する部分へ進むほど次第に深くなり、前記挿入部の両側に対称的に形成された収納部と、
前記挿入部の両端に形成され、端部へ進むほど次第に深さが浅くなる三角形の段差部と、を含むことを特徴とするパウチ外装材を準備する段階と、
前記挿入部に電極組立体の側面を立てて装着し、両側のパウチ外装材を折り上げて前記収納部を重ねる段階と、
前記重ねられた収納部の周辺を熱溶着する段階と、を含む、パウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記パウチ外装材は、前記挿入部に対向する収納部の外側が相対的に長く延びており、前記収納部を重ねた後、前記収納部の外側を除いた部位を熱溶着し、前記収納部の外側から電解液を注入して熱溶着した後、前記収納部の外側を裁断することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記収納部において、前記挿入部から遠い側の底エッジ部の深さが、前記電極組立体の厚さの1/2以上であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記挿入部と前記収納部との間が、偏平な区間であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
