ガラス充填材が、充填材の総重量に対して重量%で表される場合に、60.0重量%未満のシリカ(SiO2)及び5.0重量%超の酸化ホウ素(B2O3)を含む、

本明細書内では、用語「透明な」とは、以下を示す材料を意味するものと理解されたい。
- 1mmの厚さを有するプレート上、560nmで少なくとも80%に等しい、特に85%に等しい、最も好ましくは90%超の透過率(ISO規格13468-2:2006に従って測定)、
- 1mmの厚さのプレート上、20%未満、特に15%未満、最も好ましくは10%未満のヘイズ(ASTM規格D1003-97(A)に従って測定)。
- 半結晶性ポリアミド;
- 非晶質ポリアミド;及び
- 充填材の総重量に対して重量%で表される場合に、60.0重量%未満のシリカ(SiO2)及び5.0重量%超の酸化ホウ素B2O3)を含むガラス充填材
を含む透明な組成物を対象とする。

透明な組成物を対象とする。
本発明の透明な組成物に存在する半結晶性ポリアミドは、ホモポリアミド又はコポリアミドであり得る。半結晶性ポリアミドは、脂肪族ポリアミド、半芳香族ポリアミド又はこれらの混合物であり得る。
本発明の透明な組成物に存在する非晶質ポリアミドは、ホモポリアミド又はコポリアミドであり得る。それらは好ましくは、脂肪族ポリアミド、脂環式ポリアミド、芳香族ポリアミド及びこれらの混合物から選択される。
本発明による組成物は、さらに、0.0から5.0%、好ましくは1.0から4.0%、特に2.0から3.0重量%の、PEブロック及びPAブロックを含む少なくとも一つのコポリマー(以下「PEBA」という用語で表す)を含み得る。
1)ジアミン鎖末端を含むポリアミドブロックと、ジカルボン酸鎖末端を含むポリオキシアルキレンブロックとの重縮合;
2)ジカルボン酸鎖末端を含むポリアミドブロックと、ジアミン鎖末端を含むポリオキシアルキレンブロックとの重縮合。これらは、ポリエーテルジオールとして知られる、脂肪族のα,ω-ジヒドロキシル化ポリオキシアルキレンブロックのシアノエチル化及び水素化によって得られる;
3)ジカルボン酸鎖末端を含むポリアミドブロックと、ポリエーテルジオールとの重縮合。この具体的な事例では、得られる製品はポリエーテルエステルアミドである。
本発明によれば、透明な組成物に存在するガラス充填材は、60.0重量%未満、好ましくは52.0-57.0重量%のシリカ(SiO2)含有率及び5.0重量%超、特に15.0-21.5重量%の酸化ホウ素含有率を有する。
有利には、上に規定される組成物は、0.0から5.0重量%、好ましくは0.5から4%、好ましくは1から3重量%の添加剤をさらに含み得る。
本発明の透明なポリアミド系組成物は、当該技術分野で知られる方法を使用して容易に製造され得る。
- 半結晶性ポリアミド、非晶質ポリアミド、ガラス充填材及び任意の成分を適切な量で混合する工程
を含む、本発明の組成物の製造のための方法を対象とする。
