Description
- 前記の少なくとも1つのセンサが、基体中に組み込まれている。
- 噴霧器が、伝達手段および処理装置を更に含んでおり、この伝達手段は、前記の少なくとも1つのセンサからその処理装置へと情報を送ることができる。
- 前記の少なくとも1つのセンサは、噴霧器の開放を測定することが可能な開放センサ、噴霧器に到達する空気圧を測定することが可能な空気圧センサ、および/または噴霧器に到達する塗料の圧力を測定することが可能な塗料圧力センサ、の中から選択される。
- それらの部品の少なくとも1つ、好ましくは、それぞれは、特有の識別子を備えており、そして前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、その識別子を認識することが可能なセンサを更に含んでおり、そして好ましくは、識別子は、RFIDタグを含んでおり、そしてそのセンサは、RFID読取り機を含んでいる。
- 処理装置は、それらの部品の識別子の組み合わせを解析することによって、その構成の妥当性の解析を行うように構成されている。
- 処理装置は、前記の少なくとも1つのセンサによって測定されたパラメータを解析することによって適正運転診断を行うように構成されている。
- 処理装置は、それぞれの部品の使用履歴を実行するように構成されている。
Claims (8)
- 塗料流束を噴霧するための塗料噴霧器(1)であって、
・基体(2)
・該基体を通過する空気および塗料のライン
・複数の部品(3、4、5)、それぞれの部品(3、4、5)は、それぞれ特有の識別子(93、94、95)を備えており、該複数の部品は、該基体(2)に取り付け可能な少なくとも1つのガン(3)、該少なくとも1つのガン(3)に取り付け可能な少なくとも1つのヘッド(4)、および該少なくとも1つのヘッド(4)に取り付け可能な少なくとも1つのノズル(5)を有している、
・該噴霧器(1)の特徴を測定することができる少なくとも1つのセンサ(61~64)、該少なくとも1つのセンサ(61~64)が、備え付けられた該部品(3、4、5)の該それぞれの特有の識別子(93、94、95)を認識することができるセンサー(64)を有しており、該センサー(64)は基体(2)に組み込まれている、ならびに、
・該センサー(64)によって認識された該備え付けられた部品(3、4、5)の該それぞれの特有の識別子(93、94、95)の組み合わせを解析することによって、構成の妥当性解析を行い、備え付けられたノズル(5)が、備え付けられたガン(3)および備え付けられたヘッド(4)と技術的に適合する種類のものであることを確認するように構成されている処理装置(8),
を含む、塗料噴霧器(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(61~64)から該処理装置(8)へと情報を送ることができる伝達手段(7)を更に含む、請求項1記載の噴霧器(1)。
- それぞれの特有の識別子(93、94、95)がRFIDタグを含み、そして該センサ(64)がRFID読取り機を含んでいる、請求項1または2記載の噴霧器(1)。
- 前記処理装置(8)が、前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(61~64)によって測定されたパラメータを解析することによって、適正運転診断を行うように構成された、請求項1または2記載の噴霧器(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサー(62~64)が、前記噴霧器の開放を測定することができる開放センサー(61)を更に含み、前記適正運転診断が、この開放が命令された場合に、前記開放センサー(61)が実際に前記噴霧器(1)の開放を示していることを確認することを含む、請求項4記載の噴霧器(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサー(61~64)が、前記噴霧器(1)に到達する空気圧力を測定することができる空気圧力センサ(62)を更に含み、前記適正運転診断が、前記空気圧力センサー(62)によって測定された前記空気圧力を、現在用いられているヘッドおよび/またはノズルに応じて、空気圧力の期待値と比較することを含む、請求項4記載の噴霧器(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサー(61~64)が、前記噴霧器(1)に到達する前記塗料の塗料圧力を測定することができる塗料圧力センサー(63)を更に含み、前記適正運転診断が、前記塗料圧力センサー(63)によって測定された前記塗料圧力を、現在用いられているヘッドおよび/またはノズルに応じて、塗料圧力の期待値と比較することを含む、請求項4記載の噴霧器(1)。
- 前記処理装置(8)が、それぞれの部品(3,4、5)の使用履歴を行うように構成された、請求項1または2記載の噴霧器(1)。
