技术领域
本发明涉及工业生产设备领域,尤其涉及一种包括可更换部件的涂料喷涂器。
背景技术
在涂料喷涂领域中,已知须根据所需的喷涂类型,在基座上安装一个或多个部件。其中,安装于基座上的通常为可根据喷涂类型或涂料类型更换的喷枪。该喷枪上安装有枪头结构。该枪头结构可包括安装于喷枪上的枪头以及安装于枪头上的基座。枪头和喷嘴分别决定或者共同决定喷射流速和/或喷射束形状。通过更换枪头和/或喷嘴,可改变上述流速和/或形状。因此,通过部件之间的更换,即使在部件接口保持不变的情况下,也可变更方法参数,从而真正实现互换性。
如此,通过对上述一系列部件当中的一个或另一个进行更换,可实现多种配置。其中,某些部件与基座兼容和/或部件之间相互兼容,某些部件并不兼容。目前,由操作人员手动完成喷涂器的配置管理。
发明内容
本发明旨在将喷涂器的配置管理自动化。有利地,该自动化用于同时进行其他处理:诊断、过往历史等。
本发明涉及一种涂料喷涂器,包括:基座以及安装于所述基座上的多个部件,如安装于所述基座上的喷枪、安装于所述喷枪上的枪头和安装于所述枪头上的喷嘴;以及能够测量所述喷涂器的特性的至少一个传感器。
其他可选特征可对所述喷涂器进行改进:
-所述至少一个传感器集成于所述基座内;
-所述喷涂器还包括通信装置和处理单元,所述通信装置能够将来自所述至少一个传感器的信息发送至所述处理单元;
-所述至少一个传感器选自:能够测量所述喷涂器的开启状况的开启传感器,能够测量作用于所述喷涂器上的空气压力的空气压力传感器,和/或能够测量作用于所述喷涂器上的涂料压力的涂料压力传感器;
-所述部件当中的至少一个,优选所述部件当中的每一个,配有唯一标识符,所述至少一个传感器还包括能够识别所述标识符的传感器,所述标识符优选包括RFID标签,所述传感器包括RFID读取器;
-所述处理单元用于通过分析所述各部件的标识符的组合,进行配置正确性分析;
-所述处理单元用于通过分析所述至少一个传感器测得的参数,进行操作正确性诊断;
-所述处理单元用于对每一部件执行过往使用历史记录。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3以参考目的所示,涂料喷涂器1包括基座2。该基座2上可安装多个部件3,4,5,这些部件既可直接安装于所述基座之上,也可相互叠加安装。因此,根据一种可能的组装方式,喷枪3安装于基座2上,枪头4安装于喷枪3上,喷嘴5安装于枪头4上。此外,也可以左右并排或首尾相接方式设置,或者与其他部件设置于一起来实现其他配置。在涂料喷涂器1的情形中,涂料喷射束的形状例如由喷嘴5确定。通过变更喷嘴5,实现喷射束形状的改变。
为了确定喷涂器1的操作参数和配置参数,喷涂器1还包括能够测量喷涂器1特性的至少一个传感器61~64。
根据一个特征,所述至少一个传感器61~64集成于基座2内。如此,所实现的优点在于,占据喷涂器1的中央位置的基座可观测所有料线(空气、涂料)的通过情况,从而易于测量。
对所述至少一个传感器61~64所获取的信息进行收集的目的在于,由处理单元8对收集到的所有信息(在可能情况下,信息来自多个喷涂器1)进行处理。有利地,处理单元8为中央处理单元,而且可与喷涂器1分离设置。此外,有利地,喷涂器1包括能够将来自所述至少一个传感器61~64的信息发送至处理单元8的通信装置7。
所述至少一个传感器61~64可以喷涂器1的开启参数为对象。如此,该至少一个传感器61~64可以为开启传感器61。此类开启传感器能够对喷涂器1的开启状况进行测量。该开启信息既可以为模拟信息(开启速度),也可以为二进制信息(喷涂器1在喷涂过程中的打开或关闭)。
所述至少一个传感器61~64也可以为空气压力传感器62。此类传感器能够测量作用于喷涂器1上的空气压力。
所述至少一个传感器61~64还可以为涂料压力传感器63。此类传感器能够测量作用于喷涂器1上的涂料压力。
所述喷涂器的上述开启参数允许对该喷涂器的操作状况进行观测。这些开启参数组合在一起时,还可对是否是正确操作进行诊断。
除了对喷涂操作状况的观测之外,有利地,还须了解喷涂器1的配置状况。为此目的,部件3,4,5当中的至少一个部件,优选地,部件3,4,5当中的所有部件,设有唯一标识符93,94,95。在该情况下,所述至少一个传感器还包括能够识别标识符93,94,95的传感器64。
根据一种优选实施方式,标识符93,94,95包括RFID(射频识别)标签,而且传感器64包括能够读取此类RFID标签的RFID读取器。
根据本发明进行如此改进后,喷涂器1不但可对其操作状况进行观测,而且还可收集表示其配置状况的标识信息。利用通信装置7,所有上述信息均可上报至处理单元,以供分析和/或记录。
处理单元8可用于通过传感器64读取的部件3,4,5的标识信息93,94,95,对配置状况进行正确性分析。通常,该正确性分析通过对各部件3,4,5的标识符93,94,95的组合进行分析而完成。如此,便可对所组装的喷嘴5的类型是否真正地与所使用的喷枪3和/或枪头4兼容(技术兼容性)进行验证。此外,可对喷嘴5是否确实为制造商推荐的和/或销售的喷嘴(商业兼容性)进行进一步验证。如果验证结果为否,则可触发警报,和/或阻止喷涂方法的运行。
上述表示已组装部件的配置信息可提供已组装部件和/或仓库中可用部件的信息,从而可实现部件的库存管理。
根据另一特征,通过喷涂参数的测量值,而且在适用情况下,进一步通过上述配置信息,可进行操作正确性诊断。在该情况下,有利地,处理单元8用于通过分析所述至少一个传感器61~64所测量的参数而进行操作正确性诊断。该诊断操作例如对发出开启命令后开启传感器61是否实际检测到喷涂器1的开启进行验证。根据另一实施例,该诊断操作可将喷涂器1开启后的空气压力和涂料压力的信号分别与空气压力和涂料压力的期望值进行比较。该期望值可取决于通过传感器64知悉的所使用的枪头4和/或喷嘴5。所述诊断操作优选为实时诊断。当诊断操作表示操作状况不正确时,可触发警报,和/或阻止喷涂方法的运行。
根据另一特征,处理单元8用于对每一部件3,4,5进行过往使用历史记录。通过在上述配置信息,即传感器64读取的标识符93,94,95,中添加时间,可以对在何时使用了哪一组件部件3,4,5进行追溯。如此,可确定部件3,4,5的使用周期和磨损情况。当将其与操作状况测量结果结合时,还可实现磨损测量的细化。其中,喷枪3的使用寿命由开启次数表征,喷嘴或枪头的使用寿命由其内已通过的涂料量表征。所有上述测量均可通过传感器61~64完成。有利地,所述过往使用历史用于通过及时更换每一部件3,4,5的方式,对喷涂器1进行预防性维护。
本发明可用于喷涂机器人,或者上述基座对应于所述喷涂器的本体和/或裙部。所述枪头和/或喷嘴可由转碗替代。
本发明还可用于手动喷枪,或者上述基座可由喷枪替代。

Claims (9)

1.一种涂料喷涂器(1),其特征在于,用于喷射一涂料喷射束且包括:
基座(2);
通过所述基座(2)的涂料料线;
通过所述基座(2)的空气料线;
多个部件(3,4,5),所述部件(3,4,5)当中的每一个配有唯一的标识符(93,94,95),所述多个部件(3,4,5)包括:可安装于所述基座(2)上的至少一个喷枪(3)、可安装于所述至少一个喷枪(3)上的至少一个枪头(4)和可安装于所述至少一个枪头(4)上的至少一个喷嘴(5),所述涂料通过所述枪头(4)以及通过所安装的所述喷嘴(5),所述涂料喷射束的形状由当前安装的所述喷嘴(5)确定;
能够测量所述喷涂器(1)的特性的传感器(61~64),所述传感器(61~64)包括:
-涂料压力传感器(63),用于测量作用于喷涂器(1)上的涂料的涂料压力,
-空气压力传感器(62),用于测量作用于喷涂器(1)上的空气的空气压力,
-能够识别所安装的所述部件(3,4,5)的各自的唯一标识符(93,94,95)的传感器(64);以及
