Claims (4)
- 回転テーブル上に配置した被検体を回転させながらX線を照射し、その投影画像を再構成して被検体の断層画像を生成するようにした計測用X線CT装置の校正に際して、
予め半径が分かっている、要求される測定精度に対して球半径のばらつきが無視でき、真球と見なせる球型校正治具を被検体に接触させた状態でCTスキャンを行ってボリュームデータを生成し、
該ボリュームデータにおける被検体表面形状のプロファイルを取得すると共に、球型校正治具の中心座標から球型校正治具の境界面を計算し、
前記プロファイルの傾きから求めた被検体の境界面を球型校正治具の境界面と一致させるための補正値を求めることを特徴とする計測用X線CT装置の校正方法。 - 回転テーブル上に配置した被検体を回転させながらX線を照射し、その投影画像を再構成して被検体の断層画像を生成するようにした計測用X線CT装置による測定に際して、
予め半径が分かっている、要求される測定精度に対して球半径のばらつきが無視でき、真球と見なせる球型校正治具を被検体に接触させた状態でCTスキャンを行ってボリュームデータを生成し、
請求項1に記載の方法で求めた補正値を用いて被検体の境界面を求め、
該境界面を用いて被検体の形状を求めることを特徴とする計測用X線CT装置の測定方法。 - X線を透過する箱に、被検体と予め半径が分かっている、要求される測定精度に対して球半径のばらつきが無視でき、真球と見なせる球型校正治具を入れ、
前記箱内で前記球型校正治具と被検体を接触させた状態でCTスキャンを行ってボリュームデータを生成し、
請求項1に記載の方法で求めた補正値を用いて被検体の境界面を求め、
該境界面を用いて被検体の形状を求めることを特徴とする計測用X線CT装置の測定方法。 - 予め半径が分かっている、要求される測定精度に対して球半径のばらつきが無視でき、真球と見なせる球型校正治具と、
被検体と前記球型校正治具を収容する、X線を透過する箱と、
該箱内で前記球型校正治具と被検体を接触させた状態でCTスキャンを行ってボリュームデータを生成する手段と、
該ボリュームデータにおける被検体表面形状のプロファイルを取得する手段と、
前記球型校正治具の中心座標から前記ボリュームデータにおける該球型校正治具の境界面を計算する手段と、
請求項1に記載の方法で求めた補正値を用いて被検体の境界面を求める手段と、
該境界面を用いて被検体の形状を求める手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする計測用X線CT装置。
