Claims (4)
- プログラムに応じたシミュレーションを行う産業用機械のプログラムシミュレーションシステムであって、
シミュレーション対象の産業用機械を少なくとも1つ選択する機械選択部と、
前記機械選択部が選択した産業用機械に対するプログラムのシミュレーションを行うシミュレーション部と、
前記シミュレーション部によるシミュレーション結果を判定するシミュレーション判定部と、
前記シミュレーション判定部によってプログラムが適正であると判断された後、前記プログラムに産業用機械を特定する識別符号を自動的に付加する機能を有し、前記プログラムと前記識別符号のデータ群を作成する識別データ群作成部と、
産業用機械側に送られた前記データ群の中の識別符号が自らの産業用機械を示す識別符号と一致しているか否かを判定する判定部と、を備える、
産業用機械のプログラムシミュレーションシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のプログラムシミュレーションシステムと、数値制御装置を搭載した産業用機械と、を備え、前記判定部の判定結果に応じて産業用機械の動作を制御する、
数値制御システム。 - 前記識別符号は、産業用機械のメーカ名と、産業用機械を識別する識別符号と、産業用機械のバージョンを識別するバージョン識別符号と、の少なくとも一つを含む、
請求項2に記載の数値制御システム。 - 前記産業用機械は、
前記判定部の判定結果が一致である場合に動作の実行を許可し、
前記判定部の判定結果が不一致である場合に動作の実行を禁止し、
前記判定部の判定結果が産業用機械のバージョンのみ不一致である場合に警告を発するように制御される、
請求項2または請求項3に記載の数値制御システム。
