Abstract
Description
(1)本発明では、電機子が内外側永久磁石リングの構造に嵌入されることで、永久磁石‐電磁結合励磁を実現することができ、コイルに所定方向の電流を流す時、内外側の永久磁石リングの極化方向と同一の磁場を発生し、コイルが発生する磁場と内外側の永久磁石リングが発生する磁場が重畳し、電機子を貫通する総磁束量が増加し、電機子が受ける軸方向の電磁吸力は大きくなり、高速電磁弁の動的応答を向上し、
(2)超磁歪部材は、鉄心の中心穴の磁場作用を受け、弁棒の上昇過程で軸方向に徐々に伸長することで、緩衝バネを徐々に圧縮し、弁棒がフレキシブルスプリングフォ‐スの作用を受け、電機子頂部衝突時の低はね返りを実現し、
(3)コイルが通電状態から非通電状態に変わられた場合、超磁歪部材は伸長状態から通常の高さまで縮み、最初は緩衝バネの付勢力が比較的大きかったため、セルフロックが生じず、電機子の落下速度を加速し、超磁歪部材の磁区が発生する磁場によって形成された渦電流は、鉄心内の残留渦電流の方向とは反対であり、鉄心の減磁を加速し、電機子の着座を加速することができ、
(4)電機子の着座過程で、緩衝永久磁石リングが電機子に作用する斥力が徐々に大きくなり、電機子着座時のはね返りを低減する。

Claims (8)
- 高速動的応答・低はね返りの永久磁石-電磁結合の高速電磁弁であって、ケーシングと、鉄心と、電機子と、復帰バネ収容室と、弁棒とを備え、前記ケーシングの頂部及び底部に固定ナット及びロックナットが各々設けられ、前記鉄心は前記ケーシング内に取り付けられ、前記鉄心に環状溝に設けられ、前記環状溝内にコイルボビンが嵌入され、前記コイルボビンにコイルが巻かれ、前記鉄心の真ん中に軸方向の貫通中心孔が穿設され、前記軸方向の貫通中心孔内にバネ制限スリーブが取り付けられ、前記鉄心の下方に前記電機子、前記復帰バネ収容室が順次設けられ、前記弁棒は前記復帰バネ収容室、前記電機子を挿通し、前記弁棒の上部が前記バネ制限スリーブ内にあり、前記弁棒の前記復帰バネ収容室内にある部分に電機子復帰バネが外嵌され、前記バネ制限スリーブ内に上円板状永久磁石、下円板状永久磁石、バネ座金が設けられ、前記上円板状永久磁石と前記下円板状永久磁石との間に超磁歪部材が取り付けられ、前記上円板状永久磁石と前記固定ナットとの間に第1緩衝バネが取り付けられ、前記下円板状永久磁石と前記バネ座金との間に第2緩衝バネが取り付けられ、前記バネ座金と前記弁棒との間に緩衝エアギャップが形成されることを特徴とする、高速動的応答・低はね返りの永久磁石-電磁結合の高速電磁弁。
- 前記上円板状永久磁石及び前記下円板状永久磁石は、いずれも軸方向ラジアル磁化で、かつ極性が同じであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高速動的応答・低はね返りの永久磁石-電磁結合の高速電磁弁。
- 前記電機子の上端面に外側永久磁石リング及び内側永久磁石リングが嵌め込まれ、前記復帰バネ収容室の上端面に緩衝永久磁石リングが嵌め込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高速動的応答・低はね返りの永久磁石-電磁結合の高速電磁弁。
- 前記外側永久磁石リング及び前記内側永久磁石リングは、前記電機子の上端面と面一であり、前記外側永久磁石リングが前記内側永久磁石リングの外側に位置し、前記緩衝永久磁石リングと前記外側永久磁石リングが同軸上で上下に位置合わせし、前記緩衝永久磁石リングの一部は前記復帰バネ収容室の上にあり、前記電機子から分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の高速動的応答・低はね返りの永久磁石-電磁結合の高速電磁弁。
- 前記外側永久磁石リング及び前記内側永久磁石リングの磁化方向は、どちらも軸方向ラジアル磁化であるが極性が逆で、前記緩衝永久磁石リングと前記外側永久磁石リングの磁化方向はどちらも軸方向ラジアル磁化であるが極性が逆であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の高速動的応答・低はね返りの永久磁石-電磁結合の高速電磁弁。
- 前記外側永久磁石リング、前記内側永久磁石リング及び前記緩衝永久磁石リングは、一体式磁石リング又は等間隔の磁石リングであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の高速動的応答・低はね返りの永久磁石-電磁結合の高速電磁弁。
- 前記外側永久磁石リング及び前記緩衝永久磁石リングが等間隔の磁石リングの場合、前記外側永久磁石リングと前記緩衝永久磁石リングの角度間隔は同じで、前記外側永久磁石リングと前記内側永久磁石リングの角度間隔が異なることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の高速動的応答・低はね返りの永久磁石-電磁結合の高速電磁弁。
- 前記電機子があるチャンバの前記ケーシング内壁には、電機子リフト量の調整リングが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高速動的応答・低はね返りの永久磁石-電磁結合の高速電磁弁。
