Claims (11)
- 潤滑材が循環する領域を含む潤滑材溜まり部と、
前記潤滑材が循環する領域に配置された一対の電極を有し、当該一対の電極間の電気抵抗の変化を検知するセンサと、を備え、
前記潤滑材溜まり部内にブラケットが設けられ、
前記センサは前記ブラケットに固定されている、
産業装置。 - 前記産業装置は減速機を含む、請求項1に記載の産業装置。
- 中空の筒状部材と、
前記センサの近傍に配置され、前記筒状部材の中心軸回りに回転するセンターギヤと、を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の産業装置。 - 前記センサは前記センターギヤと対向する領域に設けられている、請求項3に記載の産業装置。
- ケースに少なくとも一部が収容された駆動源を備え、
前記潤滑材溜まり部の一端部は前記ケースの端面によって画定され、
前記駆動源の駆動軸は前記ケースの前記端面を貫通し、
前記センサは前記ケースの前記端面に固定されている、請求項1に記載の産業装置。 - 前記駆動源はモータである、請求項5に記載の産業装置。
- 前記センサが固定された回転可能なキャリアを備える、請求項1に記載の産業装置。
- 前記キャリアは、第1の部材と接続されている、請求項7に記載の産業装置。
- 前記第1の部材はロボットアームである、請求項8に記載の産業装置。
- 前記センサと対向する位置に固定されたクランク部材を備える、請求項8又は9に記載の産業装置。
- 前記センサは、前記クランク部材の軸方向において前記クランク部材と対向する位置に固定されている、請求項10に記載の産業装置。
