Description

提示されたシステムの記載は、リアルタイムで異なるタイプの心房不整脈を検出するのを可能にする、フォトプレチスモグラム信号に基づいたいかなる方法も特定していない。
提案された特許の記載は、心房不整脈の時間分布を特性評価するのに使用される、いかなる方法も特定していない。本明細書で提案される技術的解決策は、上記に列挙した制限を有さない。

リアルタイムでフォトプレチスモグラム信号を分析し、心房不整脈によって引き起こされる脈拍シーケンスの変化を検出する。
心房不整脈の自動検出後、システムユーザに対して、携帯型デバイスに統合された電極に触れ、短期心電図信号を記録するように助言する。
システムユーザが統合された電極に指定されたシーケンスで触れると、6誘導以下の心電図信号(改良されたI、II、III、aVR、aVL、aVF)が記録される。
心房発作が検出された場合、データはサーバに送信され、更に分析される。
心房不整脈の持続時間は、モニタリング期間全体と比較した、ヒトが不整脈状態にある時間の比例部分を示す。
心房不整脈発作の強度は、指定された時間単位(例えば、1日、1週間、1か月)の間の不整脈発作の平均回数を示す。

Claims (2)
- デバイスによる心房不整脈のモニタリングおよびサーバによる特性評価の非侵襲的方法であって、
a)人の手首に備えられた携帯型の患者結合型デバイスであって、前記デバイスがI、II、およびIII誘導を備える、前記デバイスが用意されるステップと、
b)前記デバイスが、フォトプレチスモグラフィ信号を連続的に記録するステップと、
c)前記デバイスが、前記フォトプレチスモグラフィ信号中の心房不整脈の特徴を分析することにより、心房不整脈を検出するステップと、
d)心房不整脈が検出された場合、前記デバイスが、2つの外部電極の内、第1の外部電極に患者の指で触れ、第2の外部電極に前記患者の胸部または腹部で触れて、短期心電図信号を記録するように前記患者に助言するステップと、
e)前記デバイスが、I、II、III誘導からの心電図信号を測定し、測定されたI、II、III誘導から修正aVR、aVL、aVF心電図誘導を計算するステップと、
f)前記デバイスが、測定された(I、II、III誘導)及び計算された(aVR、aVL、aVF誘導)心電図信号データをサーバに送信するステップと、
g)前記サーバで心房不整脈発作の時間分布に関する集計値を決定することにより、間欠性の不整脈発作パターンを特徴付けるステップと、を有する方法。 - ステップd)において、フォトプレチスモグラム信号で心房不整脈を検出した後、前記デバイスからの助言によって前記短期心電図信号の記録を開始することができる、請求項1に記載の方法。
