- 活性炭を含む多孔質体と、
前記多孔質体に対して少なくとも一部が一体に焼結して形成される金属製の発熱体と、

前記発熱体は、前記多孔質体内において、三次元形状に形成され、
前記活性炭は、直径80nm以上120nm以下の細孔を有し、
前記活性炭の直径80nm以上120nm以下の細孔量は、直径50nm以下の細孔量よりも多い
ことを特徴とするフィルタ。 - 前記多孔質体は、第1面と、前記第1面に対向する第2面と、を有し、
前記発熱体は、金属製の抵抗線であり、前記第1面と前記第2面に交差する方向に伸びる部分を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。 - 前記発熱体は、
少なくとも2つの異なる仮想平面内のそれぞれで屈曲状の曲部を有し、
前記曲部が前記異なる仮想平面内で屈曲することによって、前記多孔質体内において、前記第1面と前記第2面に交差する方向に伸びる部分を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフィルタ。 - 前記多孔質体と前記発熱体は、放電プラズマ焼結によって一体化する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
