次の成分(A)~(D)
(A)ポリウレタン-79
(B)デキストリン脂肪酸エステル
(C)有機変性粘土鉱物
(D)揮発性油剤
を含む油中水型メーキャップ化粧料を提供することで、上記の課題を解決できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
保湿感評価試験は、評価試料を唇に塗布し6時間後の保湿感について、10名の専門判定員が以下の評価基準に従って評価点をつけ、その平均点に従って、4.0以上を◎、3.0以上4.0未満を○、2.0以上3.0未満を△、2.0未満を×とした。
5:非常に保湿感がある。
4:保湿感がある。
3:どちらともいえない。
2:乾燥感がある。
1:非常に乾燥感がある。
使用性評価試験はPET樹脂製の底面積1.5cm2、高さ7cmの円柱状の透明容器に製剤を5g充填し、中栓をした後にフロッキーチップを差し込んで製剤を取り、唇に塗布したときの唇への塗りやすさを評価した。10名の専門判定員が塗りやすいかどうかを判断し、以下の評価基準に従って評価した。
◎:塗りやすいと答えた人が8人以上
〇:塗りやすいと答えた人が4人以上~7人以下
×:塗りやすいと答えた人が3人以下
使用性評価試験は、製剤0.25gを人工皮革(サプラーレ:出光テクノファイン製)に5cm角の正方形状にフロッキーチップで均一に塗布し、1分間放置してなじませた後、ポリプロピレン製の白い不織布(スプリトップSP-1070E:前田工繊製、目付70g/m2)を乗せ、さらにその上から50gの分銅を1回乗せた後の不織布への色移りの量を目視で観察した。専門判定員が以下の評価基準に従って評価点をつけた。
◎:不織布に全く色が付かない
○:不織布に僅かに色が付く
×:不織布に明らかに色が付く
調製した製剤をAS樹脂製の底面積12.5cm2、高さ3cmの透明な円柱状のジャー容器に10g充填し、40℃下で2週間静置した。2週間後、40℃での分離状態を専門判定員が目視にて確認した。
◎:分離なし
〇:表層に液状成分がわずかににじんでいるが、問題ないレベル
×:液状成分が分離している

比較例9、10は成分(C)を抜いた例、もしくは類似の成分に置き換えた例であるが、二次付着レス効果が若干悪化し、使用性や経時安定性は顕著に悪くなることがわかった。成分(D)を抜いた比較例11は、二次付着レス効果が悪化するだけでなく、製剤が硬くなり使用性にも顕著な課題を生じさせた。以上のことからも成分(A)~(D)は他の類似の性質を有するものに置き換えることができないことがわかる。したがって、成分(A)~(D)、及び(E)を配合することで本願課題を解決することができる。

(A)ポリウレタン-79 を0.1質量%~10.0質量%
(B)パルミチン酸デキストリン及び(パルミチン酸/エチルヘキサン酸)デキストリンから選ばれる1種または2種以上 を0.1質量%~10.0質量%
(C)ジステアルジモニウムヘクトライト を0.01質量%~10.0質量%
(D)イソドデカン及びシクロペンタシロキサンから選ばれる1種または2種以上 を5.0質量%~40.0質量%
を含む油中水型の口唇メーキャップ化粧料。 - さらに成分(E)25℃でペースト状の油剤を40%以下含む請求項1に記載の油中水型の口唇メーキャップ化粧料。
- 成分(E)が脂肪酸エステル及びN-アシルアミノ酸エステルから選ばれる1種以上である請求項1または請求項2に記載の油中水型の口唇メーキャップ化粧料。
