Claims (16)
- 血栓摘出装置であって、
近位端および遠位端を含む吸引カテーテルと、
前記吸引カテーテルを通って延在し、前記遠位端で出るように構成され、近位領域、遠位領域、および前記近位領域と前記遠位領域との間に延在する第1の管腔を含む回収装置と、
血栓を破壊して前記吸引カテーテルに後退させるように構成され、前記回収装置の遠位領域にわたって延在する編組アセンブリであって、スライド可能カラーと編組とを備え、前記編組は、前記スライド可能カラーに直接的に取り付けられ、且つ、前記編組を前記回収装置に固定する固定取り付け点に直接的に取り付けられ、前記編組が、前記スライド可能カラーから前記固定取り付け点に延在している、編組アセンブリと、
前記回収装置の前記第1の管腔を通り、且つ、前記回収装置の前記遠位領域の側壁に配置された出口点を通って延びる作動ワイヤであって、該作動ワイヤの遠位端が、前記スライド可能カラーに固定されて取り付けられている、作動ワイヤと、を備え、
前記編組は、折り畳まれた構成の形状記憶を有し、
前記編組アセンブリの拡張された直径は、前記作動ワイヤ上の張力のレベルを変化させることによって血栓の後退中に調整され、血栓を後退させながらグリップが維持され得ることを特徴とする、血栓摘出装置。 - 前記出口点は、前記回収装置の側壁における入口である、請求項1に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- 前記入口は、前記編組の下に配置される、請求項2に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- 前記回収装置は、近位皮下注射管と、前記近位皮下注射管よりも可撓性が大きい遠位支持管とを有し、
前記編組アセンブリの全長は前記遠位支持管の上に配置される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の血栓摘出装置。 - 前記回収装置は、近位皮下注射管と、前記近位皮下注射管よりも可撓性が大きい遠位支持管とを有し、
前記出口点は、前記遠位支持管の長手方向に延在する側壁に画定される、請求項1に記載の血栓摘出装置。 - 前記遠位支持管は、前記近位皮下注射管の遠位端に取り付けられている、請求項4または5に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- ガイドワイヤ管をさらに備え、前記ガイドワイヤ管は第1の管腔および第2の管腔を含み、前記回収装置は前記第1の管腔を通って延在し、前記第2の管腔はガイドワイヤ上に延在するように構成されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- 前記ガイドワイヤ管は、長手方向において、前記回収装置よりも短い、請求項7に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- 前記編組は、拡張構成において楕円形または紡錘形を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- 少なくとも1つの追加の編組アセンブリと少なくとも1つの追加の作動ワイヤとをさらに備え、各々の追加の作動ワイヤは、追加の編組アセンブリの追加のスライド可能カラーに取り付けられている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- 各々の編組アセンブリは、取り付けられた作動ワイヤを介して別々に拡張可能である、請求項10に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- 近位張力要素をさらに備え、前記作動ワイヤの近位端が前記近位張力要素に取り付けられている、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- 近位ハンドルをさらに備え、前記近位張力要素が前記近位ハンドルに取り付けられている、請求項12に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- 前記編組アセンブリは、前記作動ワイヤに第1のレベルの張力をかけることによって第1の拡張外径に展開可能であり、前記編組アセンブリは、前記作動ワイヤに第2のレベルの張力をかけることによって第2の拡張外径に展開可能である、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- 前記第1のレベルの張力は、前記第2のレベルの張力よりも小さく、したがって、前記第1の拡張外径は、部分的に拡張された構成における前記編組の最大直径であり、前記第2の拡張外径は、完全に拡張した構成における前記編組の最大直径である、請求項14に記載の血栓摘出装置。
- 前記編組が2層である、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の血栓摘出装置。
