Description
Claims (14)
- 締め付け部(3)を有する締め付けリング(1)であって、
前記締め付け部(3)が楔部材(6)と案内部(7a)と締め付けねじ(5)とを有し、
前記締め付けねじ(5)を締め付けることによって前記締め付け部(3)の口径と、締め付けリング(1)の円周とが変化できるようにされ、このために前記楔部材(6)は前記案内部(7a)に案内され、この案内中に前記締め付けねじ(5)を締め付けることによって前記案内部(7a)の移動経路(20a)に沿って移動できるようにされ、前記移動経路(20a)は前記締め付け部(3)の口径を決定する部分を有し、
前記楔部材(6)および前記案内部(7a)はアンダーカットで互いに係合するようにし、口径方向(4)に対して形状結合的に保持されるようにされており、
前記楔部材(6)および前記案内部(7a)は、前記締め付け部(3)が狭められたとき、及び前記締め付け部(3)が広げられたときに、形状結合で一緒に保持されるとともに、
前記締め付けリング(1)は、前記締め付けねじ(5)を締め付けることにより、前記締め付けリング(1)がリング軸(2)に対して半径方法外側に向かって広がるように、構成される、
締め付けリング(1)。 - 前記締め付け部(3)の前記締め付けねじ(5)が、前記締め付けリング(1)の前記リング軸(2)と平行に整列された回転軸(15)を画定する、請求項1に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- 前記締め付けリング(1)の一部をなす締め付け帯(30)を備え、前記案内部(7a)が前記締め付け帯(30)の突き合せ端(30a)に配置されている請求項1または2に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- 前記締め付け帯(30)が金属製であり、それ自体が前記案内部(7a)を形成し、そのために前記締め付け帯(30)が前記突き合わせ端(30a)で曲げられ、前記楔部材(6)に係合する請求項3に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- 前記案内部(7a)が前記楔部材(6)の凹部に係合する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- 前記案内部(7a)が前記楔部材(6)に係合するL字形状を有し、前記L字形状の脚部が前記楔部材(6)の壁面と同一の広がりを持つ請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- 前記移動経路(20a)が前記締め付けリング(1)の端面(51)まで延びており、前記端面(51)に向かって前記楔部材(6)が移動すると前記締め付け部(3)の口径が大きくなり、前記移動経路(20a)が前記端面(51)と案内部側で鋭角となる角度(50)を成す請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- 前記案内部(7a)が第1の案内部(7a)であり、前記楔部材(6)が二重楔状に設けられ、すなわち前記口径方向(4)に前記第1の案内部(7a)に対向する前記締め付け部(3)の第2の案内部(7b)でも一部が第2の移動経路(20b)に沿って前記口径方向(4)に移動できる請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- 前記二重楔状の楔部材(6)が第1の二重楔部(6a)と第2の二重楔部(6b)を含み、前記第1の二重楔部(6a)が前記第1の案内部(7a)に案内され、前記第2の二重楔部(6b)が第2の案内部(7b)に案内される請求項8に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- 前記締め付けねじ(5)が前記第1及び第2の二重楔部(6a、6b)を貫通するとともに前記口径方向(4)に一緒に保持する請求項9に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- 前記締め付け部(3)が別の案内部(9a)と、この案内部(9a)に案内されこの案内中に前記締め付けねじ(5)を締め付けることにより相対移動可能な楔部材(8)とを有し、しかも前記楔部材(6)に対し前記リング軸(2)に関して軸方向に対向するようにし、これらの楔部材(6,8)は前記締め付けねじ(5)を締め付けることにより、互いに軸方向に移動可能にされる請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- それぞれ楔部材(6)と案内部と締め付けねじ(5)を備えた複数の締め付け部(3a、b、c)を円周上に分布させ、それぞれの前記締め付けねじ(5)を締めることによってその口径を変化できるようにし、それによって前記締め付けリング(1)の円周を変化させる請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- 第1(90)及び第2の締め付けリングセグメント(91)を有し、これらの締め付けリングセグメント(90、91)は、前記リング軸(2)を中心とする円周上に順次配置され、アンダーカットにより形状結合的に保持され、前記リング軸(2)に対して前記締め付けリングセグメント(90、91)が、互いに軸方向に変位できないように、又は前記締め付けリングセグメント(90、91)の軸方向の相対的なずれが生じた場合でもそれらの円周方向への合計延長は変わらないようにされる請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の締め付けリング(1)。
- 締め付けリング(1)の使用方法であって、
(A)請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の前記締め付けリング(1)を得るステップと、
(B)前記締め付けリング(1)を前記リング軸(2)に対して半径方向外側に広げて、管部材、通信回線、および/または、通信回線用導管に押し付けるステップと、
を含む使用方法。
