Description
図1は、軸方向に整列して配置される第1の長手要素2と第2の長さ要素3を含む長さ調整可能な中間部材1を示す。この場合、第1の長手要素2は、円柱杆のように、長さの一部が第2の長さ要素3の軸方向に整列する円柱状の孔4内に挿入され、孔4内で長手方向に移動可能に案内されるロッドとして構成される。
Claims (7)
- ねじ(7)を有する第1の長手要素(2)と、第1の長手要素(2)と共に長手方向に移動可能に協働する第2の長手要素(3)とを備え、
第1の長手要素(2)のねじ(7)に協働するスピンドルナット(8)が、回転可能にかつ軸方向に移動不能に第2の長手要素(3)内に保持され、
軸方向圧力が長手要素(2,3)に作用するとき、スピンドルナット(8)の後方部分(11)側の端面(18)が、大面積で第2の長手要素(3)の摩擦面(19)に当接し又は当接可能であり、スピンドルナット(8)と摩擦面(19)との間の摩擦抵抗により、スピンドルナット(8)の回転が阻止され、
スピンドルナット(8)の前方部分(10)側の端面(15)と第2の長手要素(3)との間に摩擦を低減するスラスト軸受(17)が配置され、長手要素(2,3)が互いに離間する方向に軸方向の引張力が長手要素(2,3)に印加されるとき、スピンドルナット(8)は、ねじ(7)上を回転して相対的に移動可能であり、
それにより長手要素(2,3)の入れ子式の押し込みを阻止することを特徴とする一方向に作用する移動阻止機構を備えた長さ調整可能な中間部材。 - ねじ(7)を有する第1の長手要素(2)と、第1の長手要素(2)と共に長手方向に移動可能に協働する第2の長手要素(3)とを備え、
第1の長手要素(2)のねじ(7)に協働するスピンドルナット(8)が、回転可能にかつ軸方向に移動不能に第2の長手要素(3)内に保持され、
長手要素(2,3)が互いに離間する方向に、軸方向引張力が長手要素(2,3)に印加されるとき、スピンドルナット(8)の前方部分(10)側の端面(15)が、大面積で第2の長手要素(3)の摩擦面(21)に当接し又は当接可能であり、スピンドルナット(8)と摩擦面(21)との間の摩擦抵抗によってスピンドルナット(8)の回転が阻止され、
スピンドルナット(8)の後方部分(11)側の端面(18)と第2の長手要素(3)との間に摩擦を低減するスラスト軸受(17)が配置され、軸方向圧力が長手要素(2,3)に印加されるとき、スピンドルナット(8)は、ねじ(7)上を回転して相対的に移動可能であり、
それにより長手要素(2,3)の入れ子式の延出を阻止することを特徴とする一方向に作用する移動阻止機構を備えた長さ調整可能な中間部材。 - 第2の長手要素(3)の摩擦面(19,21)及び摩擦面(19,21)に隣接するスピンドルナット(8)の端面(15,18)の一方又は両方は、摩擦力を高める表面を備える請求項1又は2に記載の中間部材。
- 軸方向に整列して互いに固定可能である前方部分(10)と後方部分(11)との二部分で第2の長手要素(3)を構成し、後方部分(11)に摩擦面(19)を形成し、スピンドルナット(8)と前方部分(10)との間にスラスト軸受(17)を配置した請求項1に記載の中間部材。
- 軸方向に整列して互いに固定可能である前方部分(10)と後方部分(11)の二部分で第2の長手要素(3)を構成し、前方部分(10)に摩擦面(21)を形成し、スピンドルナット(8)と後方部分(11)との間にスラスト軸受(17)を配置した請求項2に記載の中間部材。
- 前方部分又は後方部分(10,11)の端部から軸方向に延伸する前方部分又は後方部分(10,11)の中空部(9)内に、スピンドルナット(8)及びスラスト軸受(17)を配置した請求項4又は5に記載の中間部材。
- 円柱杆状に第1の長手要素(2)を形成すると共に、第1の長手要素(2)を内部で長手方向に移動可能に案内する円柱状に第2の長手要素(3)を形成した請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の中間部材。
