Description
入力側摩擦板と出力側摩擦板とを締結させるための押し力発生手段を備えた摩擦締結要素の制御装置であって、
前記入力側摩擦板および前記出力側摩擦板は、前記摩擦締結要素の差回転が増大するときに摩擦係数が減少する負勾配となる特性を有するものであって、
前記摩擦締結要素の締結時において、
前記摩擦締結要素の差回転が減少するときに前記摩擦締結要素の摩擦力が減少する正勾配の特性となるように、前記摩擦締結要素の押し力を制御する押し力制御手段を備えることを特徴とする。
前記押し力発生手段は、ピストンと、オイルポンプと、前記オイルポンプから前記ピストンに供給される油圧を制御する制御弁と、を備えることを特徴とする。
前記押し力発生手段は、ピストンと、前記ピストンに油圧を供給する油圧シリンダと、前記油圧シリンダを作動させる電動モータと、を備えることを特徴とする。
前記摩擦締結要素は、自動変速機を構成し、
前記自動変速機は、前記入力側摩擦板に連結された前記自動変速機の入力部材と、前記出力側摩擦板に連結された前記自動変速機の出力部材と、前記入力部材の回転数を検出する入力回転数検出手段と、前記出力部材の回転数を検出する出力回転数検出手段とを備え、
前記押し力制御手段は、前記入力回転数検出手段と前記出力回転数検出手段とによって検出された入力回転数と、出力回転数とを換算することで差回転を算出することを特徴とする。
前記押し力制御手段は、押し力を前記摩擦締結要素の差回転に応じて補正することを特徴とする。
前記押し力制御手段は、締結開始から締結完了までの間において押し力の制御を実行することを特徴とする。
入力側摩擦板と出力側摩擦板とを係合させるための押し力発生手段を備えた摩擦締結要素の制御方法であって、
前記入力側摩擦板および前記出力側摩擦板は、前記摩擦締結要素の差回転が増大するときに摩擦係数が減少する負勾配となる特性を有し、
前記摩擦締結要素の締結時において、
前記摩擦締結要素の押し力を制御する押し力制御手段は、前記摩擦締結要素の摩擦力が、前記摩擦締結要素の差回転が減少するときに摩擦力が減少する正勾配の特性となるように、前記摩擦締結要素の押し力を制御することを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 入力側摩擦板と出力側摩擦板とを締結させるための押し力発生手段を備えた摩擦締結要素の制御装置であって、
前記入力側摩擦板および前記出力側摩擦板は、前記摩擦締結要素の差回転が増大するときに摩擦係数が減少する負勾配となる特性を有するものであって、
前記摩擦締結要素の締結時において、
前記摩擦締結要素の差回転が減少するときに前記摩擦締結要素の摩擦力が減少する正勾配の特性となるように、前記摩擦締結要素の押し力を制御する押し力制御手段を備えることを特徴とする摩擦締結要素の制御装置。 - 前記押し力発生手段は、ピストンと、オイルポンプと、前記オイルポンプから前記ピストンに供給される油圧を制御する制御弁と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦締結要素の制御装置。
- 前記押し力発生手段は、ピストンと、前記ピストンに油圧を供給する油圧シリンダと、前記油圧シリンダを作動させる電動モータと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦締結要素の制御装置。
- 前記摩擦締結要素は、自動変速機を構成し、
前記自動変速機は、前記入力側摩擦板に連結された前記自動変速機の入力部材と、前記出力側摩擦板に連結された前記自動変速機の出力部材と、前記入力部材の回転数を検出する入力回転数検出手段と、前記出力部材の回転数を検出する出力回転数検出手段とを備え、
前記押し力制御手段は、前記入力回転数検出手段と前記出力回転数検出手段とによって検出された入力回転数と、出力回転数とを換算することで差回転を算出することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦締結要素の制御装置。 - 押し力制御手段は、押し力を前記摩擦締結要素の差回転に応じて補正することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦締結要素の制御装置。
- 押し力制御手段は、締結開始から締結完了までの間において押し力の制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦締結要素の制御装置。
- 入力側摩擦板と出力側摩擦板とを係合させるための押し力発生手段とを備えた摩擦締結要素の制御方法であって、
前記入力側摩擦板および前記出力側摩擦板は、前記摩擦締結要素の差回転が増大するときに摩擦係数が減少する負勾配となる特性を有し、
前記摩擦締結要素の締結時において、
前記摩擦締結要素の押し力を制御する押し力制御手段は、前記摩擦締結要素の摩擦力が、前記摩擦締結要素の差回転が減少するときに摩擦力が減少する正勾配の特性となるように、前記摩擦締結要素の押し力を制御することを特徴とする摩擦締結要素の制御方法。
