Claims (11)
- ポンプハウジングと、前記ポンプハウジング内に設けられる固定子アセンブリと、前記固定子アセンブリと係合する回転子アセンブリとを含む電動ウォーターポンプにおいて、前記回転子アセンブリは、コア本体、第1のクラッド層、第2のクラッド層、及び複数の磁気シートを含み、前記コア本体には中心貫通孔が設けられ、複数の前記磁気シートは前記コア本体内に設けられており、前記第1のクラッド層及び前記第2のクラッド層は、前記コア本体を被覆するために用いられ、前記第1のクラッド層の天面及び底面の少なくとも一方には、少なくとも1つの凸状リブが設けられており、前記第2のクラッド層には、前記凸状リブと係合するための溝が設けられており、
前記凸状リブが設けられる前記第1のクラッド層の前記天面又は前記底面に対向する前記第1のクラッド層の前記コア本体に面する面は、前記コア本体と直接に接続され、
前記凸状リブと前記溝との係合により、前記第1のクラッド層は、前記第2のクラッド層と連動して、前記第2のクラッド層を前記コア本体上の中心貫通孔の軸線に対して回転させることができる、電動ウォーターポンプ。 - 前記第1のクラッド層の天面及び底面の少なくとも一方に、複数の前記凸状リブが設けられている、請求項1に記載の電動ウォーターポンプ。
- 前記第1のクラッド層の天面及び底面の少なくとも一方における前記複数の前記凸状リブの数はそれぞれ4つであり、前記4つの前記凸状リブは前記コア本体の前記中心貫通孔の中心軸に関して対称に設置される、請求項2に記載の電動ウォーターポンプ。
- 前記第1のクラッド層の外周面に、複数の位置決め溝が設けられ、複数の前記位置決め溝は、前記複数の前記磁気シートのそれぞれに一対一に対応する、請求項1に記載の電動ウォーターポンプ。
- 前記位置決め溝のそれぞれは、対応する前記磁気シートに垂直な面に設けられる、請求項4に記載の電動ウォーターポンプ。
- 前記第2のクラッド層の底面に、複数の位置決め孔が設けられ、複数の前記位置決め孔は、前記複数の前記磁気シートのそれぞれに一対一に対応する、請求項4に記載の電動ウォーターポンプ。
- 前記位置決め孔は、対応する前記磁気シートの中心線上に設置される、請求項6に記載の電動ウォーターポンプ。
- 前記位置決め溝は、前記第1のクラッド層の一端から他端まで延びる、請求項4に記載の電動ウォーターポンプ。
- 前記第1のクラッド層は、射出成形によって前記コア本体上に設けられ、かつ前記第2のクラッド層は、射出成形によって前記第1のクラッド層上に設けられる、請求項1に記載の電動ウォーターポンプ。
- 前記凸状リブは、前記第1のクラッド層と一体成形されて設けられ、請求項1に記載の電動ウォーターポンプ。
- 前記第2のクラッド層は、前記コア本体から離れた側の端面にインペラカバーが設けられており、前記インペラカバーと前記第2のクラッド層とは溶接により固定される、請求項1に記載の電動ウォーターポンプ。
